Every time I open up the video file and try to open a video it says "this file isn't playable. This might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt." Do you have any idea what I can do to fix that? The photos are fine it's just that the videos are being difficult
Good video, the cam not so much. When a cam is making an audible noise, well, then it is not for hunting (especially when bow or crossbow hunting). It will scare away the game.
Can you recalibrate this model? If it starts showing very variable temperature readings ( ie, 36, 40, 38 degrees Celsius for the same person over 3 readings in a row) what can you do to fix it?

It arrived my address on 11/15/2020 from Henan Province, China - exactly for one month after the order date. There was an interim order notice saying that they would pay me back the entire cost if the product did not arrive to me no later than 11/10/2020, and would also give me the product for free of charge, which I felt somewhat too good to be true. So I contacted to the Amazon JP for customer assistance on 11/11/2020 on chat, trying to make sure what my delivery situation was going on. The customer service apologized for the delivery delay; and I was just told to wait the full payment money-back guarantee, which was actually transacted in a couple of hours, was fast. 6 days later, I got the product. 1 hour later I got the product, I chatted Amazon again for the mixed with excitement and puzzlement I got it. I said to the customer service that I wanted to pay back the charge; but they insisted that I didn't have to return the product, and just told me to use it - for free. What a bounty I got after waiting for a one month to get the product! I have no idea if Chinese government had ordered Chinese Manufacturing Companies for generous compensation or offer for customers arising out of any kind of delay in terms of International Transaction in related to, or due to Coronavirus toward customers outside China for the fear of criticism that China had brought forth Coronavirus Pandemic from Wuhan. Whatever the case, I feel thankful for the offer that I ended up having the product as a free gift. Anyway, this device is super that it can measure body temperature precisely and super-fast - in just 0:5 seconds! One downside for me is that Japanese translation is very crooked, its translation is far worse than that of Google Translate. They perhaps used an unsophisticated AI translation software translating from Chinese into Japanese. Whatever the case, I believe this game-changing device is very convenient to measure our body temperature at this time of Corona Virus Pandemic. Not only that, this one is also useful for with gauging any objects on surface temperature. It can be used in both in Centigrade and Fahrenheit. Great product! Now, I would never use an armpit-thermometer. My only wish is that there is someday in the next year that Coronavirus Vaccine will be ready to be vaccinated and we will be free from it!
