its a normal plane this red lights are called beacon lights they are on all planes but on this one it was a little bit nrighter than normal i hope this answeared your question
It looks like they landed with only one a single engine as only one thrust reverser opened upon landing and the left one looked like it was windmilling only. What the reason for the shutdown was, maybe a technical malfunction?
