The limitations on Blue Lanterns have changed over time. Originally, blue lanterns couldn't do anything without a green nearby. Later, it was changed so that they just can't make offense-based constructs. We also have some blue lanterns who don't have the limitation at all.
Everyone loves pointing out blue being powerful but seem to forget they need a Green Lantern and boost the Green Lanterns to their level. Also top teir Green Lanterns are still more powerful than any Blue Lantern we have seen. Blue is underrated though

Blue lanterns are not the strongest lanterns because as youve stated they need their green lanterns around just to be the most powerful so you can defeat the blue lanterns simply by keeping the green away from the blue lanterns but on there own green is supreme
It’s not that simple though. The application of their ring doesn’t make them the most powerful. It’s what they can do. Green lanterns are the most unstoppable force after white and black. That’s what makes them the next most powerful.

Yeah, after The Tenta Todd (Jason having tentacles thingy, I'm serious 💀) accident, he got more out of his characters. UTRH and Lost Days, imo is the best so far for his characters (he once appeared too in Green Arrows, fighting with Speedy.) If u decided to make this topic, plz mentioned me
