What a beautiful & courageous woman Dinah O'Dowd was. May she rest in peace. George & his siblings were very blessed to have her for their mother. She will always be shining down on them from heaven as their guardian angel now. 😇 ❤
It’s kind of fun to go back in time like that. It makes me think about the house. I lived in when I was a kid and I shared a bedroom with two of my sisters. It was bloody freezing and I used to buy Jackie every week. I think you know that just was the time you know I’m just a few years older than him, but you know you just those are the things you did is so much fun to watch
I respect George so much for doing this. I’m a child of the 70’s and grew up in Hackney, East London. I could relate so much to a lot of what George has gone through. Having a very moody angry father. My parents were from Jamaica. The very loud wall paper, brown furniture, and record player Hi fidelity gram. Records made me fascinated with music. Thank you George for just being you. I love George’s giggle and colourful hats. Mum had a large singer sewing machine and would make some of my clothes.
Se le extraña a Karina Fernández, en el grupo del coro que acompaña a Jorgito, una gran voz sin duda alguna. Saludos a Jorgito siempre renovándose dentro de la música con sus diferentes ritmos.
I love that he chose Karma Chameleon because it is my favourite Culture Club song. I remember exactly where I was when I first heard it in the radio as a 10 year old kid. Long live the memories of the 80’s ❤
