Jamaica Plain quest. There's a holotape on the 2nd floor of Jamaica plain building.isten and it activates the quest.

There’s nothing of value in anything so far. After the next gen update so far not a single legendary item and im maxed luck. Not even enemy’s and id say im like 30 hours in atm🤷🏻‍♂️ idk maybe it was always this bad and I just didn’t notice

​@@smokedfish6476im 50 hours in on a new save and im finding legendary weapons normally. The harder the difficulty, the more they spawn tho
