I would love to see it done on a unicycle!!! I bought a bike roller to take apart. I took the band and front portion off and use to ride my unicycle indoors. I hold onto a door frame with light hand pressure. I really doubt it will ever be a hands free endeavor. But am working up to 3 - 10 minute intervals who knows? Only been a few days and already loosening my hold on the door frame. 🤞🤞🏻🤞🏼🤞🏽🤞🏾🤞🏿
This was an awesome display of talent on two wheels and rollers! Kudos to you all. Add a unicycle to the mix! Wheelies would really be manuals and I'm sure you can do it for a split second at least. But maintaining it is the big problem. Since you cannot move the rear wheel beneath you, you cannot modulate balance point on rollers like you do on a regular wheelie. Plus the two points of contact on the rear wheel would make lateral steering difficult - too much and the wheel slips between the drums. It would all have to be rider mass balance and upper body magic. Never say something's impossible! (Then again, never say never, either!!!)
I was the guy at the start that had the Belgian socks you were talking with. I was just randomly thinking about this race, and I remembered you had the GoPro's running. Nice Video! That was a fun race, but I was not on form that day. I got dropped on the 3rd lap by the Bill's Bikes guys and your group. I thought I could chase back on like a 4 corner corner crit, but a circuit race was a new learning experience for me haha.
I don't know where to ask, can you guys help? Did e-motion or similar system (forward backward rocking motion) make it harder than usual to do trick? Its not necessary bad, its just interfere with balancing on some moves. Thoughts please?
WOW! Those all look like the real thing...except for the blindfold trick. I don't believe it's the real deal unless you shut your eyes too. As for a wheelie...I say it can't be done either.
man i just got a set of krietlers and tried rollers for the first time. this is extremely impressive to me, i can only stay on for about a minute at a time so far.
I know this is an old video, but damn, no warning. I literally jumped out of my seat. You were setting up this big finish and had me hooked, and then bam! Hope these past few years have been kinder to you then that race.
Riders on 6 kg bike crashes " my pee pee hurts" real man riding and crashing on a 14 kg road bike " fuck it let's finish the race even with the scraped legs " . Grow a pair of nuts man stop riding this lightweight shit. If you can't have a Crit race on a 10 kg road bike do yourself a favour GTFO out of cycling.
