Wow absolutely gorgeous! I have a 99 5th gen with fice green Pearl factory paint and 138K miles. She’s auto but I’m completely fine with that. None of the manuals are in good condition at all. Mine is so pristine and doesn’t have any signs of aging at all! Great video, I will forever love the Prelude! 😍
Long lost footage. Thanks for posting this as it's a long forgotten past of a superior sports car that people nowadays don't even know about. Honda/Acura cars today don't even have this concept in mind. Their engineers need to watch this film and go back to its core performance roots and to better understand what Honda performance truly means. Nowadays Honda/Acura cars have gotten big, fat, and heavy thus negating what true performance is supposed to be.
We'll never forget the golden era of 90's japanese sports cars like the NSX, SUPRA, RX-7, SKYLINE GT-R, 300ZX, S2000, MIATA, MR2, CELICA, 240SX, INTEGRA, SILVIA, LANCER EVOLUTION AND IMPREZA, 3000GT, ECLIPSE, CRX, and the TYPE R CIVICS.
It looks like a gigantic toy car. In a good way. It's such an awesome automobile. Featuring an authentic Formula 1 engine, gated manual gearbox, an open roof without the fabric roof look, etc. etc.
@@llavero5 I understand that. What I am talking about is the "Original" Acura logo WITHOUT the crossbar. This was the Logo that Mr. Honda did not approve and had them removed from the car before they were sold in the US.
Nice ,I got 99 sh prelude black with 106 thousand miles very clean too . lol watch how high you let the hood drop break top adjustment brackets off headlights or nock bulbs out . my headlights were broke when got my car I cleaned hood lock and oiled it ,think because so low road dirt gets in Assembly ,6 inches drop hood closes .
Clean lude. They are getting rare these days. Too many parted out for the H22 engine. Some punk tried to steal mine and bent my window. I was able to straighten it out, but I also have to fix some dents the asshole put on the roof.
