I felt similarly; the cheese was pretty good(as well as the truffle oil), but I didn't realize the crust would be a mixture of rice, potato, & corn starch lol; maybe it was too much ricotta that threw me off(going to be trying the Margherita one next); I tend to have flour pizzas normally, but it was *decent* enough(I think the cheese on top saved it) where I didn't waste it
