The concept of broker to broker compensation is not per se collusion or price fixing. If it was, the DOJ would have sent a NATIONWIDE prohibition and not just limited it to California. People are acting out of fear by barring the use of broker to broker forms.

@@dmdrosario Nobody buys a property off of a RU-vid video. There are hundreds of details that are not on the video, the price is just one of them. A serious, interested, and qualified buyer would reach out directly. If you were an actual buyer, I would have heard from you already.
