The west side rollins didnt start NHC 89th street Coast Crips did in East South Central then 62nd street East Side Crips started claiming NHC then the 100s who was on good terms with Raymond Washington from 111st and 115st started pushing NHC and so did East side 112 Crips started pushing NHC Raymond was cool more with the Rollins and Hoovers before the Hoovers shot somebody from East Side Crips/Coast Crips then Raymond started to favor the Rollins and the Undergrounds more since originally Raymond sided with the Hoovers over the Undergrounds since Raymond was more familiar to the Hoovers due to family and Hoover hood being one block away from East Side/Coasts territory aka 110 freeway dividing the two hoods, Raymond was very cool with the original 74s and 59s and 52s until the Hoover shot a Coast and viceversa no one died yet but the Hoovers went to the hospital to one of they homies who got shot by Coasts and caused him to overdose off PCP in the hospital so Hoover blamed East Side Coasts for his death sparking the war between NHC vs Hoover the Undergrounds already didnt like Hoover so they started off beef witb 107 and all the rest of Rollin 100s followed suite in that beef including 111/115. 107OBC/113OBC, infamous Budlongs and eventually the west side 100s Hustler Crips and when the Rollin identity started to form with the 60s who were the original Rolling Crips they started beefing with Hoovers too since Hoover allied witb ETG since ETG had small numbers but still beefed heavy with the 100s and 60s similar to the Hoovers, eventually 90s and 40s formed formerly 90 GC and 40 Hustler Crips and Brims and even 43 Hoover those two sets both turned West Side Rollin Crips and identified themselves as NHC making them even stronger and larger in the county and streets since Hoover themselves was a large gang before deaths and 43 and 112 being taken over by enemy sets
