Also, feel free to share my videos with friends and enemies! Well, if the Valkyries don’t take me tonight, I’ll see you tomorrow. ^^ Drink one for me and I’ll drink one for you. Bye!
@CombatMP Haha thanks brother! I'll pass that message onto Root, but to be fair... anyone who plays 7 Days has lit themselves on fire while trying to throw a Molly.
So if anyone is wondering or is in that same dead/can't die/move state. Go into the character editor and re-applying your character seems fix the dead state. At least I'll be alive for the next video!
Hey guys if you’re wondering how to fix this you need to go into you’re saved data and game app settings then go to upload or delete from console storage and delete sea of thieves
Currently they are developing new worlds adrift ''Lost Skies'' But i feel like it don't have that soul. I really miss worlds adrift. I wish they bring back somehow.
there could be many reasons i agree with maybe a cool down its not the only thing on the game that is expensive but from what i see and experience its not so bad at the rate you can get things now palladium can be rough and should be at least 10 fireworks i think if this is still in game i have not seen them other than in quests
@actually_blaze if you're dealing with that, I suggest you raise the ground into a wall on your side of the moat. If you do that, the "earth wall" takes zero damage from anything and will block any and all projectiles with ease. You can see what im talking about in this video. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uDomfaOyeik.html
@@actually_blaze Check out this vid I did of my base. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uDomfaOyeik.html You can see what im talking about. It makes it so only flying creatures can bother you.
LOL cig are now into a money scoop loop! the money dredge is now more important than the game - the game has ALWAYS been broken... and then some low IQ noob will say "yeah but it's alpha" lmfao - great vid!
@LucidFX. That money scoop loop is real. The marking team needs to take a step back, and sale what is made... not promises. Yep, there will always be someone screaming "but it's an alpha!" ... that used to be me. Now, however, I'm in the camp of "judge the game on what it is, not what it could be." Cheers bud o7
@DublinOdinson oh yeah 100% I remember from the day I started I heard that, now I still hear it and man, it's tiring. They should stop protecting CIG and call them out. See once the game is "released" their asses will be on the hook, so keep it in alpha indefinitely and "while we collect you money you can buy stuff that doesnt exist"
@@LucidFX. Some people feel the need to defend the game because they have spent money on it. Often times, more money than they would like to admit. It is that simple. I have a great deal of respect for CIG, and Chris Roberts... however I often find myself at odds with their marketing choices. I absolutely despise their use of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) marking tactics and their creating false rarity garbage. As much as I hate it, I cannot deny it works for them. The numbers speak for themselves in spite of how predatory the tactics are. I've stopped putting new money in the game years ago because of it, and often tell people in my videos not to buy with new money; use store credit or just buy ships in game. At the end of the day, even if it is your favorite company.... if they do something scummy, call them out on it.
unless you have have the 600i EE, there is still hope for your soul. And there is another paint scheme that comes in form of a variant, not unlike the Sabre Comet, for only 5k$ more. But you get a nice changed interior as well.
@solothkaroftrinsic3852 I do not have a 600i EE... I do not even "own" a 600i. I have one that I got in game but that is it. I think the F8C was over priced at $300, but I'm happy for the people who love their Executive version. They both look great.
So I bought the cargo enabled retaliator but the cargo modules aren’t in game for me? Not In the vehichles ladout manager not in my home base nothing, is this a bug??
It should be in your home base. When you open up the Load out manager check each of the tabs, you might have just over looked them. If they are not in, melt mods and re-buy them. If that still don't work, put in a help ticket because yes, that would be a pretty bad bug.
Terrible I used some upgrades to do accu with my tally base but I can't even upgrade up from it, so terrible I hate CIG when they do scummy things like this
@maxvonkrieger5043 Haha, that is one way to look at it. I just see it as paying for your entertainment. Be that with dinners out, movies, whiskey, tobacco, video games, hookers, you know what ever you're into... it all has a price and it adds up. Cheers bud o7
@willtreaty6696 I think it is bullshit they did a $10 price increase because it was selling well. I also think it will be years until it is in game, and the loaner of just a Caterpillar isn't worth the buy in. That it COULD be, could be awesome. What do you think about it?
He's not the only one that has spent that much in the game. This is honestly an old thing players have done, I've already had one and still have it on buy back. And I used in-store credit lol, it only cost me $300.
@SuperRedman76 Oh i'm well aware there are bigger "Space Whales" out there. I know CIG says they are working on them, but they are already in the game. Haha. I have my F8C from the ticket event, and have the video to prove it! It was actually Root that found the tickets for us. He has a loot goblin perk.
@@DublinOdinson, I fill gaps in needs. Instead of 1 big ship for everything (i.e 1 big cargo ship for all cargo). I have grades in my needs and some gaps are still in my line up. However, I can't go SUPER big like an Idres (don't have that many people on call). My largest ships are the Arrastra and Ironclad (and that was pushing it).
@@RavingNut Yeah, Im not a fan of big ships myself... basically if I can't fly it solo or with a buddy I'm not interested. Root and I do the same thing. We get one ship for each gameplay loop. Out of all your ships, what is your favorite?
@syphonfilterhitgaming6945 YEP! Mine did too, I have the video to prove it. Hell, @rootedadmin got his during the golden ticket event, he is the one that found the tickets. However, the Rank reward was made long before the F8 was even in the game, so it was a big deal. It is still the only way to get that green paint for it... but still. They might need to have another look at their rewards. Cheers bud o7
@willtreaty6696 Honestly, I flew the Sabre less once they stole the 3rd shield from it. Then compactors came out and killed my full ballistic build I used to fly because of the serious lack of ammo and I just never went back. I'd love to see the Sabre get some love in a rework or update.
*UPDATE!* CIG Staff member Zyloh made a post saying the Firebird's missile count will be DOUBLED from 12 to 24 in an Upcoming Alpha 3.23.1a Patch. Now THAT is a better number. Good job CIG. BUT, that means I was right! 12 Missiles doesn't make a missile boat, and CIG agreed with me. Thank you for this info, @Foulmouth231.
love mine, been doing up to VHRTs in it, where my F7A mkii struggles as its too slow to break off, firebird scm boost speed of 600 is amazing, fun video! sub :)
@mrvei-vg7et I'm glad you love your new bird! If nothing more, it is fast, and that can be a game changer. What do you think about the missile payload? I feel it should be more, what do you think?
I 'crawl' close to the target, with shields down i can get a little under 5k from targets without them seeing me. so I load a full salvo of 6 missiles, wait for the 'target locked' sound que (don't take the visual que, it's not perfect) and shoot. upto vhrt all targets get downed in first volley. then I fly out like if I was never there.
@StefanHebert-cd9zv HA! That is how I use the Eclipse. Sneak in close then smack them with a torp. So you're using it like a stealth - sniper? Interesting. I might have to try that tactic. Thanks for the tip! Cheers bud. o7
@Iukrative Yeah, the Shrike is the obvious comparison, but I don't see the shrike as a 'good missile boat" either. It only has four more missiles and only size two guns. Also, the Shrike is not available to buy at the moment, so I cannot recommend something you cannot get.
@@TheRealMrMotorboat Yeah, but it isn't a "better" missile boat. I still say The Lancer MIS is the better Missile ship. Yeah it is uglier, but it has more Guns, more shields, more hull HP, and More missiles... for $10 cheaper.
@@TheRealMrMotorboat YEP! The Andromeda is another great choice if you want a Missile boat. She comes stock with 24 size 2s, and 28 size ones, giving you 52 missiles fresh out of the box! She is a damn fine missile boat. However, I used the Lancer Mis because it was much closer to the Firebird's price point, being cheaper than it. Whereas the Connie Andromeda will set you back $240 unless you buy it in game.
It’s a VERY good ship, but has a high skill ceiling. After a few hours in it I’ve gone with the following: FR66 shields JS300 power Atlas Drive Glacier cooling Omiski cannons 66% shield 33% guns Destroying HRTs with ease and speed, while in PvP you need to be opportunistic. The element of surprise is EVERYTHING!
@unclesammedia Thanks for the insight! I'm sure in the right hands the Firebird is a capable ship. I'm glad you're enjoying it. I hope it keeps you flying, bud. Cheers, and thanks for the comment. o7
@@DublinOdinson Yeah, I find that she's a pretty dang cool fighter for my playstyles. It really isn't a ship for everyone, but it'll fit others like a glove. She really does play uniquely, which I find fun. When it comes to the missiles, right now in 3.23 they also have locking issues, among the other issues missiles have. The value of the freelancer MIS is defintiely more missiles, however, firebird really is about those surprise surgical strikes. Between its stealthy profile and fast engines it can position very well for hit and run ops. It arguably thrives on its tactical considerations over up front combat capability, which is often a contrast to ships like the hornets, which thrive on their ability to do general brawling with their heavy armament for their frames. My hope is we see more wacky and specialized fighters like this. Also it might be fun to bring together a squadron of 4 (or more) of these birds, and just unload everything at once on a target for lolz.
@@mrvei-vg7et Viper's huh? I tend to drop all my size 3 missiles to Size 2s and fill them with Rattlers. I'll keep Vipers in mind for size 3s. Thanks bud.
@drivennale8551 Agreed. The base model of the Tali is $160 Warbond / $175 Store Credit and it gets you an Empty shell of a ship, no pilot controlled guns, no missiles, no cargo, and no torps. Best it offers if 5, subpar turrets. Hard pass for me.
Noob here just got back into the game after starting in 3.17 and taking a break to let the game cook. Just bought vulture and reclaimer just a few days ago and was looking towards retaliator. Sooo, the base tali is basically worthless right? It’s just a goofball gunship but at that point wouldn’t the redeemer fill that role of a dedicated gunship? If I were to get the tali I should buy the bomber variant so I get the torp modules correct? And is the tali gold standard atm or? I’m sry I wasn’t sure what the other missing components u mentioned were about. What’s missing?
@Eggsecuter First off, welcome back to Star Citizen. The Base Tali is basically useless, yes. As a "gun boat" it has 5 - manned turrets. 3 turrets have 2 size 3 guns, and 2 turrets have 2 size 2 guns. It is a poor man's Hammerhead with MUCH less firepower. The missing components are only with the "Base" ship. The base ship has ZERO mods, so the space is just empty. No cargo grid, no torps, nothing. If you're going to get a Tali, get the torpedo mods. At least that way you can do some damage with it. Though I strongly recommend buying the Tali in game but, that is just me. It is your money bud, do with it what you will. Hope this helped. Cheers o7
@@DublinOdinson thnx for the response, I’m a bit more reserved now on the tali cuz that is a decently high price for what you get (or don’t get rather lol). What are your thoughts on the redeemer and Corsair ?
@@Eggsecuter I love both the Redeemer and the Corsair. I own them both. The 'Deemer is a great multi crew ship with you and 2 buddies and the Corsair has one of - IF NOT - the most pilot controlled weapons in the game. Both of them have 2 size 3 shields which helps tank a ton of damage. Both have a great amount of firepower and the Corsair has a large enough bay for most ground vehicles. If you want to do more combat stuff, and you have at least one friend, grab the Redeemer. If you want a 'jack of all trades' boat, go with the Corsair.
@TheGuyYouNeverHeardOf You bring a Tigerclaw to hack it. You can buy one at most places, like Grim Hex or New Babbage. Or you can find one in small gray boxes in the bunkers.
Yea, I'll be trading my tali for something worth a shit. fck that pricing. with out mods, its more than half useless.. 74 scu... you're far better off with a corsair.
@Mak10z If you have a Corsair, that is a FAR superior ship. With a Size 3 shield giving you 100,000 shield hp, and a massive set of pilot controlled guns with 4 size 5 and 2 size 4 guns... all while losing only 2scu as the Corsair only holds 72scu... it is a massive upgrade from the Tali. It is sad to see the Tali get cut down like this, but it is what it is.
@russe2711 I completely agree with you. The base version should have been made a cargo ship by default, then if you want torpedoes or a mix of the two, you buy the mods. Instead they GUTTED the base into worthlessness.
Imagine a full crew of 5 (1 pilot + 4 turret gunners) hauling cargo .. Not worth it. Torp modules to expensive rear module only has 2 torps! As a gunboat... yes .. okay... Dropship okay makes more sense. If they made the side turrets automated defense turrets this would be a ship I would LOVE to own!
@stundardutch5320 You're right, and we said it as well. A full crew of 5 to haul 74 scu of cargo, ON TOP of the buy in for the cargo itself? It doesn't leave much profit. As a gun boat, or a poor man's hammerhead, I still don't think it is viable. The guns are a mix of size 2s and 3s. If you pay 1 person to fly a fighter you'll be better off than paying 4 people to man a lackluster turret.
@ttk-timetokill8392 Well, technically I was never meant to come with torps, but the base model was simply not in the game so all we had ace's to was the Torp Boat we all know and love. Now that the base is in, they took the Size 9s away, leaving just a ship with an EMPTY HULL not even able to put cargo in it unless you pay $60 for the cargo mods. So yeah... you're right, terrible decision.
The fact the base model come with literally nothing it's a joke - $60 if you want a pretty bad cargo hauler. As someone who loves the Taly even tried out the cargo modules, they're patheticaly sized and can't fit anything bigger than a buggy.
i wish this thing had something to offer... like this thing is quite useless in all aspects. i love the styling of it but there's absolutely no reason to fly it
@timmk94 I am right there with you and agree 100% @rootedadmin said the same thing. Selling us a empty ship with no use unless you drop another $60 turn a neutered torpedo boat into a half ass cargo hauler is a trash move.
@@MichaelWesten-yp4yj You're right, they have turned this once awesome boat into a shell and are trying to sell it. Sadly, you MUST buy the full torpedo kit to return it to the Tali we all know and love. Even buying it in game will just get you the base (empty shell) model.
@danny1988221 while I strongly disagree with Star Citizen being called a scam, I will agree that this downgrade for the Tali is a complete rip off. The base model gets you nothing but a few turrets you can't use unless you have large crew.
@kristoferkenny6161 Yeah bud, warbond or New money, will get you a slightly cheaper price... but if you have the credits use them. Melt ships you're not using to try it out. I still say there are far better ships for cargo than a neutered Torp Boat.
