Nice video and ingenious way to press out the bearing wih a bottle cap and using whatever tools and parts that you already have at your disposal. One thing I would change and to save time is to use a ring clip that fits into that opening. Just make sure the clip is just small enough that to float around the cup but need to be compressed through the smaller opening on the other end.

Nice, man. I used a shreded bar, nuts, different washers, and old parts of headsets to remove and install. But your solution is very fast too

I kept thinking, why am I still watching this? I don't need to overhaul my BB, BUT HOLY SHIT WHEN I DO! Awesome diy video

No offense, but that's way too much time and effort...just to make that plastic piece out of the bottle cap. Simple and easy way is to take out the bearing is put the bearing over a soft/rubberized mat and angle it over a piece of wood and tap out the bearing from the opposite side using a metal punch or flat head screw driver. There was another you tube video on it and it was simple.

It worked! I used a vice instead of a calk gun just because my crank removal tool did not fit so well in it

Is it also possible to remove bearings from a shimano bb pressfit92?

Yes, it should be possible but I've never did it :) If the diameters in your pressfit bb are the same as in HTII, then the method will work.
