Well I think it's not the good setup for a power_generator, you need at least one sleeper volume of infested sleepers to trigger them with the generator, btw its the item (23 986) cntQuestRestorePowerRandomHelper not the other named QuestGeneratorSmall.
How do you get the new poi to spawn in a new map also i didnt add a quest does this matter ? This poi is a base for players to find but i just cant get it to add to a new map . In testing everything works with the sleepers it just will not add to a new map what am i missing
The video was for our players about how our players use it on our server rather than a how it was implemented for other server admin. It is a server based mod that integrates an api to 7 days to die servers.

You haven't mentioned your version. So for Alpha 21 you can't craft them you can only buy them. For V1 you need to read the magazine to unlock higher levels of crafting including lvl 6
Go on the dof reality site and reach out to them for extra original parts. For the aluminium extrusion you can get from some local hardware stores or search web. Amazon has it.
