thank you for cleaning under the shelves, too. not a lot of people do that. it would've bugged me for weeks after watching your video if you hadn't done that. lol.
@@kia.kikiii I think I’m more 4b hair. On this particular day I used only The Doux Bee setting foam mouse. But it’s not my preferred product I’m just all out of the stuff I usually use. Usually I use Curl Smith Curl Conditioning oil-in cream as a leave-in and Ouidad Curl Quencher Moisturizing Styling Gel to hold my curls. I haven’t forgotten about showing how I style it in a video. 😉 I just can’t seem to get the Ouidad it’s out of stock in the stores near me.
I don't have any tips per se but, I can tell you what makes me feel more tired during that time and see if it maybe helps? When I eat more processed foods in the 2 weeks before I'm due, I have worse pmt. My headache is bigger and my tiredness is worse. I don't mean earing tons of junk foods, i just mean more processed. If I remember (I'm old, heading for 50 rapidly btw, 47) I try to eat just whole foods for the last week, and I try to use healthy whole food fats like olive oil and avocado (I don't eat meat due to medical reasons) a couple whole eggs in that week and some healthy full fat dairy (like a bit of greek yogurt or a small amount of a hard cheese) and lots of fruit and veggies (both carbs like sweet potato or regular white potatoes baked and lots of leafy greens and legumes) it's kinda like I pre-game my body with nutrients, minerals, fats and carbs cause my body is going into battle and it needs it. I used to try to do the same with supplements but it did not work. Now that I use whole foods it is like my body gets what it needs and my meals are fire ! ❤ P.S with meats I wouls say eat whole food, minimally processed meats and fish. Even just for that last week to week and a half cause that works for my daughter. She does eat somw burgers and processed foods but during that last week or so I makw sure I make all her foods with whole foods and cook burgers, fish stixks etc from scratch using whole foods and meats. Hopefully you can get some ideas
This is helpful! Thank you. I was slacking in making sure I was eating well the week prior so this makes a lot of sense. We will see how being proactive helps on the next go around =)
Sorry I don’t have any tips, I joined the 30 club this year 🤪 BUT I would like to know how you did your hair? It’s beautiful! Need some ideas for when I cut mine.
You should try meal prep! Like 1-2 days a week make a week's worth of 1-2 proteins and sides, prep veggies and fruit, make breakfasts for the week-parfait, oatmeal,burritos... Then deep clean one days a week, the rest of the time light cleanups. With doing laundry everyday you'd still get a few extra hours a day back! I would make a salad bowl size salad and fruit, a big roast, or break down a few rotisserie chickens and make a few sides then make stuff with it all week. You can freeze portions and be able to switch up to different meals anyday with a frozen tub of what you made a few weeks ago. Pancakes keep very well in the freezer!
@@BestThings07 Sometimes it takes 3x longer to get it done with the kids. And when the evening is pressed for time we just don’t have that kind of margin. Thanks for the recommendation.
@@latanyaaddison7132 It’s similar to ice rolling your face. Kind of like an ice bath but for your face. I was doing it to get rid of my migraine on this particular day, which it did help. But overall it helps with inflammation, puffiness, stress levels, and blood circulation.
@@Abaqdeawssssssss I do finger coils and use Ouidad Curl Quencher® Moisturizing Styling Gel for a firm hold. I can do short video showing how I do it in a few days. 😊
@@cfb36 I’ve seen people do that as well. If the burnt spots are really bad I may give it a try but it always makes me nervous that I’ll scratch the glass. 🫣
@@nunya8903 thanks for the suggestion. I would say the cleaner is pretty fairly priced. And in my experience with baking soda and soap it takes more time and more scrubbing that I just sometimes don’t want to have to do.
@@thedaniellemiles Thanks for the interaction! I’ve never noticed a difference in time while cleaning the few that I’ve owned since 1980, however. If you rub it all in and let it sit and soak, everything comes up quite easily.
@@madylynn_jay8567 Hi Madylynn! I got it from Lowes. I don’t think links work here but if you google search “Blue Rain 8 x 10 Gray/Blue Indoor Abstract Area Rug” it should be one of the first items listed. Thanks for being here! 🖤
Is there a specific reason you're wanting to change your sleep schedule? All the women in my family are night owls. My 80 year old grandma still vacuums and cleans the house at like 1:00 a.m. as does my mom and my sister. They all prefer to sleep in late and do the housework and stuff at night when they have the most energy. Is there a specific reason or is it just because everyone tells you that you should be getting up early and going to bed early? Because you can be healthy and a night owl and sleep in. All the other stuff you listed do you seem like healthy practices that help your body. But not the sleep one.
@@WhitneyDahlin Thanks for your input. I actually am a morning person. I’m sleepy by 8:30 😂 . I’ve always woken up early naturally, but now I feel more urgency to be up by a certain time to be up before my kids wake. My kids are very much so morning people too. They are 6 am risers. 😆 Because I need alone time I also find that waking up earlier gets me a bit of time to read or work out before the day truly begins with mom duty. At this point I’m just taking it day by day knowing this is just a season while being honest with myself and acknowledging it is challenging.
@@lolamoms6359 This is what lease agreements are for. Maintain the home, change air filters, cut the grass, clean the home etc. If landlords took the approach you are suggesting we would be going into the house to be a full time housekeeper and changing light bulbs throughout the lease term. Ultimately, we as homeowners will take care of our house but that does not excuse the neglect as a renter and doing basic maintenance of the house that they signed a legal contract to rent and maintain. The type of mentality that 100% maintenance is on the landlord is a problem and is a big time stewardship issue with renters.
@@coopercordes9827 First of all I’m not your bro. It’s ma’am to you. And lease agreements strictly state to maintain the home, change air filters, cut the grass, clean the home etc. a lease agreement is a legally binding contract between two parties. If someone doesn’t want to upkeep the home they are renting then they don’t have to. They can go live with a family member who doesn’t require you to uphold your end of the contract. If every landlord took the silly approach you are suggesting we would be going into the house to be a full time housekeeper and changing light bulbs throughout the lease term. Ultimately, we as homeowners will take care of our house, but that does not excuse the neglect as a renter. This type of “it’s your house not mines” mentality is a stewardship issue with renters. And it is not morally or legally correct.
@@thedaniellemiles sorry bro I ain’t reading all that. The fact that you feel the need to respond with an essay makes me feel like you already know you’re a societal leech. Begone
Speaking of morals. If you cant change a filter out every 3-6 months with the rent prices the way they are you're just lazy. Copy and pasting the same comment to everyone doesn't help your attitude or greed. @whereiabide

@hippychick420 If your username didn't give it away, your ignorance did. You change the air filter almost every month. A 'whole air filter' is one of the easiest things to change , pop the old one out new one in, if you can't change a filter you can't change a lightbulb.
