rather than bullet points presenting facts on these videos, showing a chart or table with cumulative growth would say a lot more with a lot less words. that way we can compare the growth against time.
It all depends on Mother Nature! We are anticipating a 2025 opening but will keep Watersound Club Members updated on the estimated open date as we progress in the course construction.
Woah it’s like a 90’s work training video opening or even a old school commercial style. I dig it I dig it. I don’t know why this is on my feed but hey here is to helping you with the algorithm with a comment.
My only concern is that growth is not fast enough to justify current valuation. Stock trading at 20-25 cents on the dollar of NAV, probably less...but many will conclude that it is priced "fairly," and the upside is limited until revenues more than double from here. There isn't risk from an operational or financial standpoint as their demographics and client base are largely insulated from most economic cycle impacts. In addition to their CFGDI figure, I want to see a lot more share repurchasing happening below $50 per share...they still have $90 mill of additional capacity to buy back stock and doing this in the past was highly accretive.
❤ beautiful production value! Thank you for introducing us to the Director of Agronomy and giving us a glimpse of the work and care that goes into all the courses at Watersound Club!!
Sandra is an absolute treasure! On top of being well rounded on her fitness knowledge and keeping classes fresh, she's always so infectiously positive and energetic. It's impossible to walk out of one of her classes without a bigger smile and a few new friends.
😂😂😂 love that bit at the end! These videos keep getting better! Great work Vicki. Also enjoyed learning more about Ben and his work at the performance center. Also appreciate his article in the last club magazine with the tools to get kids into golf!
