I agree with the small neck for holding the bar could stand to be a bit deeper / wider.We are looking to get some for our weight room. I was considering an option to change the height even more with one or two DC blocks but wondering if it might slide around? I could always put some scrap rubber on top of block as well. Thanks for the video. I work primarily with youth athletes and as much as it pains me they never move as fast loading and unloading the bar as I like. It might be the only thing I can do better than them.

Have you reviewed the Ab Mat Landmine Bomb? Wondering how compatible it is for the LMU methodology or at least which movements it works well with and the ones it comes up short. Hope it makes the FFPR in the future.

Pretty legit idea. A hammock strap will work just as good too.

@@PirateKingBuggyur pelvis (hips) helps you move and is the foundation of the spine, it translate leg movement into translation (walking). if u took away ur pelvis u cant walk unless u slither like a snake (they dont have pelvises iirc)

I think you can avoid deceleration by adding a band around the sleeve and step on it w the rear foot. Wouldn't work with the split jerk tho

There are 6 components of strength in the human body. Hinge, squat, press, pull, carry and rotation. Rotation is mostly sport specific and you nail it sooo good! Awesome work especially when focused in assymetric lifts.

And the second question is that If we do bench press 1st month we lift 50 kg then 2nd moth we lift 60 kg This way know we are getting improve. But how we get to know our punching power getting increase through landmine?
@landmineuniversity3257
@landmineuniversity3257 11 месяцев назад
Again, you will need to train actual punching in conjunction with the landmine training!

Hello, I am curious about something. In landmine university we bring the elbow to the front hip but in weckmethod they bring the elbow toward the glutes. May I ask what is the purpose of bringing the elbow to the front hip instead of the glutes? it would make sense to bring toward the glutes if following the spinal engine model.
@landmineuniversity3257
@landmineuniversity3257 Год назад
Hello! We use the front of the hip to help support heavier Landmine weights. The key is getting your SHOULDER/HIP in the right position, which you should be able to do in either case. Hope this helps!
