The thing I hate about the fights in this last arc is that often there's no clear explanation about the functioning and limits of an ability, so we get continuous asspulls and the same routine of "I was merely pretending to be losing. I actually have the perfect counter for your bullshit ability". Here Lille Barro pulls an ability that makes him intangible, but then, for some reason, even when he's cut by the logic of a poorly defined ability, he still regenerates and gets stronger. Why? Who knows; now he's a chicken god or something. Why does Nanao's convenient bullshit ability not actually work (not shown here)? Who knows. Why does Aizen's power do the trick? He's Aizen, I guess...
His zanpaktou’s ability is to make children games into reality So does it mean that he can potentially crate an unlimited variety of different games ( shikai and Bankai too ) and it means that his variety of games limeted obly by his imagination ? Explain someone pls
Yeah in the novels it is said that he hasnt shown all of his abilities. His bankai is a theatre act that ends with the death of his opponent. He can change them amoung a whole variety. Same for shikai.
Kyoraku zanpakto is actually one is that right? The other one is the sword from nanao family that he kept for a long time am i right? This make only ichigo and ukitake that wield 2 sword?
Kyoraku has always been one of my faves, at first it was the fact he had two Zanpakto so I thought he must be crazy powerful, then his attitude... too cool but you could tell he had a nasty side. I did wonder why Kubo didn't make him one of the 'Special threats' because in my head he was in the top 5 overall power list but maybe that was my bias projecting....
He wasn’t a threat because he was a known entity for a long time and people (Soul Society/Bleach universe) know almost everything about him. It looked like the special threats all had an element of unpredictability. Aizen is an immortal hollow god within infinite potential. Zaraki is insane but growing stronger. Ichibei is older and wiser and almost a myth. Kisuke is Kisuke and Ichigo’s powers are still evolving. Shunsui hasn’t had to change or had to master anything. He already knows. He’s an established character. A bad ass awesome powerful strong established character but a known variable.
@@J.c410Yeah, it's obvious Kubo just didn't know how to end Lille because he gave him too much fucking hax. Like come on Physical Attack Immunity and Weapon Immunity? Intangibility? Bankai Yamamoto and Bankai Kenpachi would be sitting ducks to him😂😂😂😂
@@J.c410 There is a real grand ise shrine in Japan. the artifact kept there is yata no kagami (eight mirror shield) and only priestesses are allowed to serve the shrine. The same artifact was also inspiration behind Itachi's yata mirror in naruto, which deflects all attacks. The foreshadowing was in Nanao's surname and her family history.
People think that the main characters of bleach are Ichigo and his squad of friends (orihime, Chad, uyru). Sometimes, I would like to think that the gotei 13 are the real protagonists. After all, the series bleach revolves around shinigami. To see the captains develop their powers from the Aizen arc to this arc was very exciting! Not to mention their character developments. Lastly, the most popular characters in bleach are the captains, aside from Ichigo and Uyru themselves. Bleach would just be a high school series without the captains.
This is one of the fights in TYBW that Kubo was able to fully realise what he wanted and the long-awaited Bankai of Kyoroku was worth its hype. But my only wish for the anime is they'd remove the stupid divine sword crap with Nanao. Shunsui is one of the most powerful captains of all time and the current Captain Commander so he should be able to defeat Lille without that unnecessary plot device. His Bankai was so hyped since early Bleach, so when he finally activated it, that should've been it. Kubo sometimes overdoes some things.
Why would they remove the god sword? It’s literally the only thing they have that could damage Lille. Without that sword Kyoroku dies and Lille never loses his Halo. What they should do is expand when Lille loses his halo and falls to the Soul Society.
They should keep it but they have to extend the explanation. Lille being a God is needed to show how much Kyoraku is strong. Because Pernida, Askkin and Gerard are special but not pain in the ass than Lille. Lille needs to be as strong as possible... Immortal without a flaw.
@cameraredeye3115 that's not my point. My point is that immortality is just a ridiculous BS plot point. He isn't even the main villain and you make him immortal. Absolute horrible writing
I remember legit screaming in hype when I saw the panel say Bankai. I had been waiting for his for ages at the time, ever since they teased it with Stark.
Yeah, not even Bankai Yamamoto would be able to touch Vollstandig Lille (because Yamamoto's Bankai is purely Physical and Jilliel form makes Lille immune to Physical attacks) but Bankai Shunsui forced Lillie to use Vollstandig 2 (though because Shunsui's Bankai works with Conceptual Hax which bypassed Lille's Defensive Hax)
love this fight, but mistranslation here at 18:23 she mentioned that Lille was immune to karamatsu shinju. But it did a shit ton of damage, she was suppose to say "From an opponent even Karamatsu Shinju couldn't kill" he wasn't immune to it, but overall I love this,
Who thinks that way ? Yeah Starrk didn't show all his potential or at least he didn't use it with the intention to win. But from the start, he didn't have a chance against Shunsui. Still... The fact Shunsui seriously thought about using his Bankai against him shows us how menacing was Starrk.
Hi everyone, the video got strikes cause for 4 ost (Quincy craft, What can you see in their eyes, Destiny Awaits and Treachery) and I was forced to mute them. I'm sorry, but there's nothing I can do about it. I hope you still can enjoy the video.
There was a lot in the TYBW that Kubo couldn't complete to the fullest because of deadlines and illness. This fight seems like he was able to do it largely as he wanted, which makes me glad. Kyoraku is one of the more interesting shinigami. Hopefully the anime will fill it in a little more.

@@Navin4061 No, Lille is immortal also is scaling higher than any other Captain. Lille in this form could even fight Base Aizen equals, because of his teleportations speed and raw power. BUT this Divine Sword shit was so stupid introduced and so random. Like "Hah guess what, we have this perfect specific counter for you right theeeeeeeeeere" Imagine the Enemy has one weakness and of all the people, he is fighting the girl which can kill him. This is so stupid and kinda cringe
I don´t remember exactly to be honest, but Lille doesn´t die there, he separates himself in a lot of pieces and found Kira, he´s the one who killed Lille with anothers tenients maybe. And answering your question, what Nanao sword do is "back" the power of a god or deity (like Lille) and "disperse" him.
@@hrudayaranjansahoo2781He was separate in a lot of pieces because of nanao's zanpakuto. So to be fair Kira found Lille with literally "no power" at all (I don´t remember if he was alone or not)
@@hrudayaranjansahoo2781 Also Kira became in a completely different league of strength after he got practically resurrected by mayuri he became a much stronger fighter
