È perché non rileva la cartuccia o non stampa? Se le nuove cartucce sono compatibili con il modello di stampante, la scheda del sensore potrebbe essere danneggiata. La stampante rileva il contenitore attraverso il chip installato. Potrebbero essere danneggiati oppure la stampante ha subito un aggiornamento e ora non rileva questi chip. Controllerò la documentazione del servizio nel mio tempo libero per vedere se è possibile aggirare questo problema.

It did not light up for me initially either. I was trying to guess where the # key was. But I found if I touch anywhere else in the keypad area it does light up.
