Sometimes traffic and construction slowdowns can be frustrating. It's perfectly OK to get mad and grumble in your car while you sit in traffic. But just suck it up and let it go. Don't get out of your car and try to pick a fight. It's not worth it. You have friends and family out there waiting for you to come home. Don't throw away your life because you got agitated while driving home. It's not worth it.
Oh, yes, we did! The hybrid vehicles from much larger companies used $5K batteries. Those larger companies had economies of scale and you would not be as pressed as you could always drive with gasoline. It just stood to reason the one from a much smaller company, with a much smaller output, categorized as a luxury vehicle and where the owner would be stranded without the battery would be at least twice as much. To claim we did not know is like buying a regular BMW and expecting the repairs at the dealership to be as affordable as a Chevy, you already know that ‘temp sensor replacement’ will run you $2K before you even buy the vehicle.

Ignoring that there are EV batteries that still have 90% capacity after 200k miles, no EV owner is going up buy a new battery at full price. Either it will be covered under warranty or, like replacement engines, they can use "salvaged"/"upcycled" batteries that have more capacity than their old one. I only charge to 70% for everyday usage and 95-100% for the rare road trip. Being able to "only" charge to 90%, rarely, would barely make a dent in my day-to-day.
So this is weird to me. For years i mean years this never happened. Now that we have problems with russia and china these boats are crashing and crashing into big things. Now this one would have messed up really bad. I feel they are destroying things with out them here AKA hacking are gps for these boats. Seems like they are taking out things befor they come over here.
Sounds like her son may have been feeling embarrassed,shame,guilt of his addiction so he kept it to himself. Many people experience this silent battle and I myself was one of them.
