Did y’all know they band brand ambassadors Ads on Tik Tok? We we’re having INSANE success with them and them they deactivated our account and multiple other accounts after that saying it’s against their policy to recruit ambassadors. We changed up a ton of trigger words but it seems if you use ambassador theyll shut you down….

I've found that as IOS 14 went out and so did the specific detailed targeting, FB ads are getting harder and harder to use unless im using a LLA from previous customers. On the other hand, the organic content on TikTok, IG reels, and getting the product in influencers hand in that niche has been really effective for me.
Oh yes 100% - iOS changes have been wreaking havoc on a lot of brands’ ads. Just doing the influencer content by itself like Brandon discussed towards the middle of those video is a great strategy to achieve good ROI. Glad you’ve been having success with this 🙌🏻

How do you go about requesting user generated content from your ambassadors when you have a new business Instagram and can’t leverage a high follower account like American Eagle .
That is a great question! Obviously depending on how new your business is and/or how many customers you have will determine how often UGC is available to be reposted and used. So for a business just trying to get the ball rolling and engage your new customers, you can be creative and in the post purchase email you can request they post content using a hashtag around your brand to be entered in a giveaway or receive a discount on their next purchase etc. You can also DM your followers if you are a brand new account and ask similar things. It may seem out of reach if you're a brand new business, but just focus on one customer/ambassador relationship at a time and if you can make them feel valued they will become the people that post high quality content and shout your brand's name from the rooftops.
