There form for squat and clean are terrible. None of their butts were parallel and in real powerlifting if the bar does not touch your chest then it is illegal. You are in college you should be doing full range of motion and should not have to use a block of wood or a sponge for decreased distance.

Fantastic movie. Really like You tube for this type of content. My friend had been bullied. He said he was planning to get bigger. I laughed... Right up until out of thin air he gained 40 pounds of genuine lean muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). He does not get bullied any more. I personally registered last week. 2 main flaws i saw #1 Technique could be better. #2 The coaches are allowing them to bend over when tired. When workingout for football, you must train your body to stay up, b/c it's all muscle memory.
Disagree. 90 degree squats are sports specific. You never go from an ATG position when you tackle right? IMO box squats are the best kinds of squats for football players.
yea that fine and probaley true but, you should NEVER get lower than 90 degrees because as soon as you do that you put your knees in a LOT of stress causing early knee injuries and they might start to hurt when you s´just walk.. so think of that next time because the even if you make it to the league how long can you stay there.
