Hello!!! I followed the guide and it worked well, except for one thing: I can send the template messages and i can receive messages, but i cant send regular messages. What can be happening?
Conversations on WhatsApp are 24-hour message threads between you and your customers. Within this 24-hour period, you can have a regular conversation where both parties can respond to each other freely. However, if the customer does not reply within these 24 hours, you won't be able to send regular messages; you will only be able to send template messages. Already tested that. Sending a preset message to a Phone that i control. Replying with said Phone. And still cant get to send the message back. It stays Red as not sended.
