I main Alisa and I don't care about her design or anything, it's just the first character that I got my hands on and practiced some to play with my friends at my place,what surprised me was how toxic people were when I tried to play online, calling me names and mocking me, just yesterday a Kazuya player did not rematch after going 1-1,shows how childish the Tekken community really is.
I would argue Kazuyas hell sweep is his best move. Is it risky? Yes. But its really his one low that makes people consistantly duck. Plus its technically unseeable. Meaning the only way it gets block punished is if you are being stupidly predictable with it.
As someone who played lidia a lot when she came out Heaven and Earth is definitely the one aspect that made or broke my games Hit the stance after heat smash and 80% of the time they eat the unblockable and I get a free round If they ducked next round I go for the launcher and pray they fall for it lmao
I don't think its laziness you gotta understand we don't have that type of time we have lives and responsibilities we some of us don't have time to lab literally 32+ characters a solid lab is about 30 to a hour which is honestly ridiculous so you need a total of 32 plus hours
Great video!!! I agree with the net code issue, though I've only been disconnected about 1 or of every 18-20 matches. I usually stay away from anyone who has a disconnect rate higher than 2%. But matchmaking is horrible
One move from Lee that creates a total momentum shift is 1, 3, 3, 3 (w/o being in heat). It’s super satisfying and it’ll jolt your opponent due to it being a rare move. The execution is weird, but when you punish with that move it’s hecka worth it!
So... why would you not press a button when Alisa is -9 from a blocked DES1? (I'm new at Alisa and don't know my options, but I do know I have to block after my DES1 gets blocked, or I die)
i got tekken 8 about a month ago and just got to fujin on steve, feeling like im top of the world at the moment. the red ranks were easily the worst thing ever and i never want to go there again.
didnt even mention fengs backsway high crush counter hit launcher.... afaik he doesnt even use heat for that and it wallsplats from mid screen - basically just teleporting you to the wall like jins heat smash... redicoules. its very clear there's some favoritism going on here, because thats haradas main.... so we have a ghost crawler situation again like the mages from WoW....... GREAT DESIGN!
there's no need even, to individually nerf them - just remove the CH low launchers and reduce the range of yoshi's flash. easy. he's literally hunting ppl down spamming flash and has never been easier to play... for individual nerfs they should be toning down the dmg of most attacks, thats the thing they dont wanna do - because it means work and they would have to look at moves one by one...
Lmao as Yoshi main, he fucking sucks. He's ranked a hard character for a reason. There are no strings, everything is just separate moves hoping for the best. I know it seems like a cop out, but actually try doing anything with him and not get punished. Hi's notoriety alone is a giga nerf because everyone knows what to do now.
I am King with Paul and Emperor with Bryan but lately I can win with god and above ranks so i have plan to get back to rank mode and try to increase my rank ;).
As a Zafina main: the down forward 2 in tarantula can be jabbed if timed correctly it's very strict but it can be jabbed. On top of that it can be sidestepped (I think left).
Hiiiii Leo main since Tekken 6 👋 My personal opinion, back+1 would be my vote. It’s a safe combo starter that goes into ALL of Leo’s strings, so their heat engager, BOK depending on the move, moves that go into lightning gauge, it just has so many options and just UGH I love Leo’s kit so much
