I bought my wife the compact version to prevent the issues you were having . You were wearing the pair backwards, try wearing them in the opposite direction.

Punch a small hole in the ear piece and add foam to build up the low spots, spec ops have been using it for years especially for guys that have beards. Other than that youll most likely be out of luck! Happy hunting

Wishing they made this holster for all gun models with that clip placement! The crossbreed non rose one has the clip in the middle, making it bulky
