Gear in this gearbox uses drill-driver mecanism Im not sute to a 100% but it looks like too similar with one of multiple chinese clones of 12V Makita drill-driver. May be another brand but similar. Try to ask your local electric tools service-center - may be they will help you with this broken part.
Mannn....first..the size of that box,I didn't know how big that loader was,then when u put that thing on the table, the sound it made made I said YEAHHHHH I've got to have it,because I wanted that kabolite 988 sooo bad but I heard so many bad things about it, right out the box,but this size right here will be perfect for my CAT 793..good video!!👍🏾👍🏾
Hello .I don't know exactly how much oil I put in, but I added little by little until the ramps on the trailer started to rise. I will make a trailer video tomorrow, as someone asked me before and I promised to make a hydraulic video. I used oil from rc4wd ISO 32 just like with the rc loader you can see video with unboxing with the komatsu loader how the oil looks👍👍

Can anyone tell me if we can bind two 2 receivers to one controller, I tried and lost my truck but binded my trailer do I need to put a pin in both recivers at the same time. I have set trailer as a second model on controller but I realised that it won't work as the lights are on different set up.... In short how do I bind TRUCK and TRAILER so lights work on both indicators and break light's. This may seem a dumb question to sum but I'm 54 and have some mental issues with learning which is why I got into this hobby trying to keep my brain engaged 😊
Need more info im up to joining the pump and its impossible to tell which wire is which one side colour coded other all black how stupid the designers are, also it a converluted wiring set up....
when you plug the cables to the hydraulic pump, you will have to put the hydraulic oil in the tank and if it is connected the other way around, it will release pressure on the screw from the oil tank, it will release the oil, if it is installed correctly, it will not release the oil, I hope it helps you
@@RC.G.M.DTruckconstruction wow and cheers, because of the stupid diagrams and useless instructions I'm still trying to do the wiring, I've got all leds ready and soldered the power supply ready for battery BUT not sure wear all the connectors go the 3 wire harnesses, like the servo and reciver. Point is if any one has made a map of it correctly connected I'd be extremely grateful, I'm no dumby when it comes to wiring diagrams but this is ludicrous, and I'm definitely not the only one. What is annoying is I bought this just before the pandemic but I didn't get I'll I've got extreme depression so between painting and bad instructions/diagrams I'm still at it, not mentioning I paid $2000.00 Aus for it and can buy one put together for almost half price from TOUCAN now which doesn't help my mood 😕😞 😖
@@RC.G.M.DTruckconstruction my instructions do not show which wires go to wear on channel reciver and I am very concerned about shorting it out I can't afford more Ruddy parts, and going by the response on the internet I'm not the only one, if any one out there can draw a basis diagram I think I lost of people would be thankful if I do figure this out I WILL POST MY OWN
You said it mate feel exactly the same way, instructions are useless and now it's sold out together for the price I paid as a kit, also no stickers total rip off
I don't suppose you could draw a diagram showing what colour goes to wear especially joining reciver. It would be greatly appreciated 👍 I've blown up way to much stuff on other projects and I can't afford to do that here, cheers
@@RC.G.M.DTruckconstruction cheers mate bit late for me, won't be able to do anything for 3 weeks now as I burnt one of my speed controller, I've ordered 2 one for the leg's (burnt out) and a spare for the oil pump just in case I've ruined that.... This is why I've been searching the Net to try and avoid this from happening, PLEASE HELP OTHERS SO THEY DON'T GO THROUGH THIS, it's getting to expensive for small mistakes. CHEERS 🥳
Great video. Did you ever have trouble with the trailer hydraulics? I have just built mine and it worked great but then stopped working smoothly. I took out the motor and made sure it's connection were tight. Then I topped up the oil and charged the battery. And it worked fine. Now I still have a leak and after I topped up the oil it works fine but still leaks. I am checking with the supplier and they have yet to get back to me
I don't have any problems, it doesn't leak, it works perfectly. The only problem was when I put the electric motor on, I connected the wires wrongly, and it was spinning the other way and giving me the oil out.

Hello before painting, test the ramps to be slightly straight, I made bigger holes but I didn't know that you have to straighten the metal that goes into the ramps I painted in the cold and they dried hard, I heated the room but it wasn't warm all the time
for the lights, try to run the wires on all the channels of the lighting system so that it works ok, if you still need to know something, don't hesitate to ask
it's great, but the cabin is worse plastic, I changed the front bumper after a few months, the plastic grinds and the screws it’s bad , you can't unscrew them, the quality is bad, but it looks good
The unboxing voice sounds happy. This is really cool stuff. I want to own it too. I am considering whether to buy an excavator or a wheel loader. The video helped a lot.👍
