Yes, I downloaded the manual from your website and there are instructions for the sticky gluey leveler. Why is this information not in the manual that you sent with the fridge? Why do your support people not seem to have access to this information? I looked at multiple manuals/instructions/videos online and no one has the new instructions for how to attach the leveler. Take a little time and put the right manual in with the fridge and save owners hours of frustration. Give the information to your support team.
Thank you for informing us about this. We would like to help you address your concerns in the best way possible. We invite you to contact us on social media at @LGUSSupport with your contact details. - Anthony
Hey there! Replacing a water filter should be easy. We are happy to provide troubleshooting steps to help you resolve any issues. 1. Check if the ice maker is turned on and the door is closed correctly to prevent ice from melting and causing leaks. 2. Purge the water lines by dispensing 2 to 3 gallons to flush out any trapped air. 3. Check the water pressure to ensure it's not causing the leaking. If these steps don't resolve the issue, please contact us on social media at @LGUSSupport with your contact details so we can help you further. ^Anthony
The leveler on the left side is NOT secured by two bolts. It looks like there is some glue or something. Any information is not in the manual nor is it with the support people. All they say is you have to have a authorized installer do it. Right. LG, get your act together!!!! This is a return and a big waste of time.
Hi there. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The standard procedure for reversing doors on LG top mount refrigerators typically involves removing and relocating the leveler. In most cases, the leveler is secured by bolts that can be removed and reattached on the opposite side. However, your experience suggests that your particular model may have a different design for the leveler attachment, possibly using adhesive instead of bolts. You may search up the manual of your specific model through this link: www.lg.com/us/support/manuals-documents. ^Mau

I need to know how to clean this part of the washer more deeply. The process in this video doesn’t address all the areas where the lint builds up under and around the seal
Hi, Emily. Thank you for reaching out to us. If you want to clean this area of your LG washer, You can dilute 5g of oxygen bleach in 5L of warm water. Put on rubber gloves, and clean the door gasket thoroughly with the diluted bleach (1000-fold dilution). 2. Using a dry towel, remove any moisture on the door gasket and the glass on the door side, and leave the door of the washing machine open until it is completely dry. ^James.
My brother is hard headed. He keeps screen mirroring to my TV and even after deleting the history, is still connects without asking for a password or anything

Hello there! We appreciate your inquiry. In response, you can definitely stack an LG Washer on an LG SideKick; however, you cannot stack an LG Dryer directly on an LG SideKick Pedestal. The LG SideKick Pedestal washer is designed to sit beneath a compatible LG Front-Load Washer, not under a dryer. The LG SideKick Pedestal is used to provide additional washing capacity and convenience, while an LG Dryer would typically be stacked on top of an LG Washer, not an LG Pedestal. You will also need to consider the compatibility and sizes of both units. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by sending a private message on our Facebook, Instagram, or X via @LGUSSupport. -Shae
@@LGUSASupport thank for the quick answer, but I was getting specifically at stacking an LG dryer on top of an LG washer on top of an LG sidekick pedestal. Would such a triple decker be possible?
No. Stacking an LG dryer on top of an LG washer on top of an LG sidekick pedestal is not recommended. When washers and dryers are stacked together, they cannot be installed as one unit with a pedestal or riser. This is for both safety and access. ^James.

Hi Jessica. We'd love to answer your question about pausing your LG washer model WT8600CB mid-cycle. To pause and add items, simply press the Start/Pause button and wait for the washer to stop completely; the door lock will disengage after a few moments for safety reasons. Once unlocked, you can open the door, add your items, and then close it securely. After that, press Start/Pause again to resume the cycle. If the door doesn't unlock immediately after pressing Pause, please wait a little longer, as the washer may be in the process of draining or spinning down. If you continue to experience issues, try powering off the unit for 30 seconds and then restarting it. You may also refer to this link for more helpful troubleshooting: www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-washer-troubleshooting-unresponsive-washer-buttons--20152367429605. I run mine right out the window through the window kit the exhaust goes out. I just drilled a hole in the plastic and stuck the hose through it. The humidity is so high lately, it runs like a faucet, and I can't trust a container to hold the water before it overflows. That happened first, I had the AC on the landing in the stairway, to cool the foyer and top landing. I had the unit in a tray, and the hose into a bigger tray, about 4 inches deep. In the morning, it had overflowed and water was running all the way down the stairs to the floor below. I have hardwood floors and the damage was significant. There are two windows in the landing, so I sat the unit up onto a small end-table, and ran the hose outside. Haven't had a single drop hit the floor since. But I don't know why none of the manufacturers can't make this a WHOLE LOT easier for us. **I also wrapped the 5" exhaust hose with aluminum foil. All the heat stays inside and blows on out the window, too. It used to really kick back a lot of heat into the room, but not anymore!
Thank you for sharing your experience with us regarding the setup of your window kit and the challenges you faced with water overflow and heat distribution. We understand how frustrating it can be when dealing with these issues, especially when it leads to significant damage like in your case. Please send us a private message at @LGUSSupport on social media so we can assist you further. -Charles

Hi there, we understand your concern about needing a Wi-Fi connection for screen sharing on your LG TV. Let me explain why this is the case. For many LG TVs, screen sharing requires a Wi-Fi connection because it enables the TV to connect wirelessly to your device and exchange data smoothly. Wi-Fi facilitates the connection between the TV and the device you're sharing content from, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer. This wireless connection ensures that the screen share experience is seamless and that you can view your content in real-time without interruptions. While some other TVs might use different technologies for screen sharing, we designed our LG TVs to utilize Wi-Fi for this purpose to provide the best performance and compatibility with a wide range of devices. If you prefer not to use Wi-Fi, there are alternative methods for screen sharing, such as using an HDMI cable or a wired connection through the TV’s ports. If you need guidance on how to set up these options, I’m here to help! Please let us know if you have any more questions or if there’s anything else we can assist you with. ~Ken

I have a LG 24MR400-B.A monitor. I can't get a sound on HMI but can adjust the volume in the monitor menu. IF I plug in a set of speakersr into the head phone connection I get a sound. looks like the monitor has an audio output feature but no in built speakers. it was no clear from the specification when I bought it. From the LG website no clear answer could b the monitor's H/P connection and got sound. Why was the monitor not simply shown under specifications as no in built in speakers but with a H./P output connection. Would have saved me time and I would have avoided the confusion

I've had my ac unit for around 3 years. (Not the same one in the video, but close). It hasn't been working well, so I finally got around to pulling the front panel off to clean the interior. About 30 minutes later, as I'm cleaning the inside of the front panel, I found a piece of foam inside it, just below the air deflectors. Should this have been removed? I don't see anything about it in the manual, and I'm not having any luck searching the website. Any ideas?
Hey there. It's normal to find a piece of foam inside the air conditioner just below the air deflectors. The foam is there to insulate and reduce noise in the blower housing. It helps to lock out heat, keeps in the cold air, and does not deteriorate like some other insulators. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. ^ Diego
You're welcome! It's great to hear you're taking care of your LG product. If you have any more questions or need assistance in the future, feel free to let us know. We're here to help! ~Ken
@LGUSASupport Installed this yesterday, cools down the room nicely. However, today i noticed some water coming out of the bottom into the room. I don't understand how, if the window ledge is helping hold this unit in place, it can then be slanted down in the back? The L brackets don't work on my tiny ledge outside so i didn't even use them...like others, the instructions made zero sense to me. Is it also supposed to be spitting a bit of droplets out the top?
Hey there. We can help you with your LG A/C leaking. Your A/C has to have a slight tilt to the back. Check the A/C that has a half-inch tilt down from front to back. The back of the unit outside the home should always be lower than the front. If this persists, private message us on social media @LGUSSupport with your contact details . We'll be waiting for your message so we can get you through this. ^David

I just filled out a survey that said I need to clean condenser coil per owner’s manual so came here to look for instructions since the coil is in in a very difficult location to clean but this video said not to insert anything. Very disappointed that I would need to call for service to have coil cleaned rather than void warranty. LG do you have a fix for this??? Yes I clean lint filter after each load and wash it constantly.
