That's a common thing. Ask yourself why that is and really think about it because it's different for many people. It could be you're scared to take action due to fear of failure. It could be perfectionism paralysis. Try to focus on one small action step at a time. Everything is easy if the step is small enough!

Such simple and straightforward advice, thank you so much! I’ve recently come to this conclusion myself, that many of my messages come through upon waking up in the middle of the night and because I don’t want to wake anyone, I do a lot of writing as it flows much easier for me. Maybe Ive been following a belief that is just not true and I can just share on video that this is the best way for me right now to get my message across and simply read from my notes. This way I can stop and convey the more deeper meaning as I go along, rather than push myself to a point where I just give up and put it in the too hard basket! I was doing this a few years back and then stopped but if I had kept going perhaps I would have eventually just got in front of the camera! I’m joining yours and Ben’s workshop on Saturday the 3rd of August! I can’t wait 🕊🪷🌈

Great video! Would you recommend time-blocking with this too? If i SAY i want to finish task A in an hour, but it never just takes an hour lol, do you recommend time-blocking (dedicating 1 hour then moving on) as it might help give us that sense of urgency, or change the mindset altogether? meaning don't think "finish" in an hour, but "spend" an hour on this, given that our projects aren't always due that same day lol
