Maybe cleaner fingernails if you're picking the transfers up by getting a fingernail under them.. or use those tiny plastic spatulas I've seen some using to scrape off sprinklers. Thank you for the demo, though: your creativity is AMAZING!

I didn’t have one either for the first two years of my cookie business! I finally saved up for one and it was the best investment I ever made in my business. And it’s still the one I use all these years later. 👏🏻 But it’s definitely a big investment and it’s totally fine not having one!!

I tried to open an Etsy shop but am stuck on the "How you'll get paid" step. I completed the page but when I click on the "save and continue" button, the only thing that happens is the button turns from black to grey. I searched the web to see if anyone else was having this problem and there were lots of people. The ones that contacted Etsy support stated that Etsy advised that there was a glitch in the system and that once it was fixed they would be notified. The concern I have is that when I looked at the dates on these post, all were from a year ago. I contacted Etsy (via email) and was advised the same. All I can do is sit and wait to hear back. I truly hope I am not waiting for a year. I invested a lot of time and money on my products. If you can advise on what I can do to fix the issue, please please advise.
Rachel, I've watched all of your videos and have been following you on most of your social medias since you began. It is neat that we have been decorating for about the same amount of time and we decorate cookies much the same way. I love your style and grace.
