I've heard he talks to / about himself in third person ("Iceman is pleased to meet you!") in the Japanese version. The translators probably just misunderstood the context.

So when I was little I passed over this game in a flea market because I thought that the label was torn and messed up, without realizing that was literally the art on it lol.
I’ll be honest, it’s a damn crime Capcom treated this remake with such poor respect. I bought this back when the PSP was the hot ticket on the block for portable gaming. As a MegaMan fan I really appreciated the updated graphics, dialog and just overall great personality they gave this game. I dunno if it just didn’t sell all that well when it released but it’s high time that Capcom report this game for more modern consoles. I would love to see Mega Man 2 & 3 get this kind of treatment. The custom level design is also a lot of fun. This game is the definition of “Nice touch on a pure classic”. Capcom please bring this game back!

Hm! Well, not quite. _Blinky 3_ also uses the Creative Music Format, but a lot of its songs seem to come from _Labyrinth of Zeux_ - which is comprised of random CMFs from BBSes of the day. I can definitely hear the similarities, though!

*Short answer:* Because, she does. *Long answer:* They were made around the same time in the storyline, but Dr. Light never specifically deemed them "siblings". I think the "sibling robots" thing was mostly in the American storyline.
Personally I think Roll is just "sister-zoned" by Mega Man. Other than the semi-official archie comic series, they aren't really stated to be brother and sister anywhere other than in Mega Man 3's outro where it shows Roll's description reading simply "Like a sister to Mega Man". Unless, I'm completely wrong and there is actual canonical proof that they are siblings, meaning this moment in Powered Up is a complete fvck-up by the writers.

Actually, Yoku Devil isn't weak to the laser. I remember someone pointing out a quirk that the Mini Yoku Devils are always at a 45* angle to the main one; and that's a subtle hint to its weakness. 30:32 WORTHLESS CONSUMER MODELS!

I looked into it. If you shoot the bulb with Charge Laser, it instantly charges the energy attack. If you shoot unload all but 1 Weapon Energy of Charge Laser into the _filament,_ it _overloads_ the boss, killing it like Draygon in _Super Metroid_. 👍
You're right. It is _Mega Man 4_ that I was thinking of. I probably got Super Ball Machine, Jr. confused with Cannon. Or maybe even the Shield Cannon from _Powered Up,_ which _also_ has eyes and stuff.
