I don't understand the bragging about being disqualified from a match, maybe spend more time on the range practicing instead of making sure your GoPro is catching all the action. Just because it's a game doesn't mean you or someone else can't get dead because of your actions.
@@davestrachan7314 i dont know where i have been bragging, i just try to upload my bigger matches, both the good and bad, and you can often learn a lot more from mistakes than a perfect run. Im already spend several days a week on on average on the range practicing or competing, so im taking it seriously. The gopro and phone videos is a great tool to use for improvements, i can look for things to i need to train, and become a better and safer shooter.
@@bocian8976 dont you know those striped shirts are bulletproof? 😂 there was a lot of people that got dq'd on that stage, espacially on the left side when they hit och got stuck with the barrel on the wall on the left side. when i was watching an another shooter, the RO was standing infront of the safe angle flag 😂
Tack så mycket. De lockade med att det skulle delas ut ett pris till den med högst HF på den stagen i combined, så tänkte att det bara är att gasa :) snabbaste tiden var 3.84 så jag var lite för långsam, men blev en 3e plats i combined och stagewin i standard iallafall :)
Thanks a ton for uploading this, its interesting to see the many ways the stages can be shot, a lot of them differ a lot from my own plans. kudos to Nicola for the awesome designs and GZ again with the championship
Stage 14 was probably the hardest, never shot so far standing up before without any "outersupport". Was able to angle my long bipod back so i had some support from my hip. Otherwise it wasnt that hard when there wasnt any wind to take in account, so the hard part was just to try to do it fast :)
Oof. Looking at the replay I'm not sure you even did actually sweep yourself, but I can see why the RO called it. Tough position for the button, being so high. Any stage with a door knob or something I keep the gun at eye level to avoid sweeping, but that doesn't really work here. Did both buttons activate the same target, or were they for separate targets?
Yeah i dont know if i sweept myself or not, but i was way to close eitherway. I changed my stageplan last minute, i was first supposed to shoot more targets from the window so i would have the gun at eyelevel when i left the window instead of leaving on a low target as i did. But it was kind of fun to see the rest of the squad shoot the stage, how they where overly clear with the gun. Both buttons released the same targets, 2 targets on a running zipline that was disappearing.
@@Laerkkan Yeah, getting off your stage plan is a pretty common theme for DQs. The other thing I often try to do where I'm going to have to stick my left hand out is have whatever I'm reaching toward left of my body. Another really common one is stages where mags have to come from a barrel or table or something. If I'm reaching my left hand back across to the right, that's ripe for the self-sweep.
I've said it once an I'll say it again... Everybody's got a DQ in them just waiting to happen, It's only a matter of when. Very unlucky, some great runs in there!! Quality!!
Det är ju en klubb jag har försökt att undvika så länge som möjligt, men efter 100+ matcher så var det väl dags nu. Tror faktiskt att han som ropade stop hade sämre vinkel. men är ju helt mitt eget fel, så nära mynningen ska man inte ha sina fingrar oavsett om det var en faktisk svepning eller ej :p
Thanks! I didnt look closely at their anti splash, but im guessing they have marine plywood around them. If you put some type of rubbermat on the inside it holds up pretty well :)
Malmö allways put up good matches with great stages :) yes its popular and is growing fast with lots of new shooters and clubs opening up. There's clubs all over sweden so most people can find a club within an hour drive, and probably have a local shootingrange closer where they can practice. The hard part can be to get started with the introduction course, gunlicense and get a membership in a ipscclub because of all the new shooters, and that's probably harder within the bigger cities with waitinglists for new shooters.
On the stage with the bridge since you didn’t have to walk on the bridge couldn’t you have just walked around it and cut the travel distance and avoid having to go up and downstairs?
Det är träffarna. IPSC tavlorna har A, C och D zoner, A4 papp tavlorna har A och C zon, plåtar och duvor är A är bara A träffar. I hagel ger träffarna 5p för A, 4 för C och 1 för D, i Pistol ger träffarna antingen 5,4,2(major) eller 5,3,1(minor) beroende på vilken kaliber man skjuter. M står för miss(mike) och ger -10. Sen finns det Noshoot(NS) tavlor/plåtar som ger -10poäng för träff. Sen kan man även få procedur fel(proc) som ger -10 ifall man gör något fel, t.ex glömmer att beskjuta ett mål, eller går över begränsningslinjen och skjuter m.m Den totala poängen delas sedan med tiden vilket ger en hit factor(poäng per sekund) som är ens resultat på stationen.
