Theo, for centuries the Catholic church threatened children with threats of hellfire and torture for those who did 'believe ' in its doctrine. Like it or not, Christian teaching preaches we are born 'sick' and orders us to be 'well' and endlessly praise the creator. This is the polar opposite of secular humanism.

This guy suffers from an severe case of confirmation bias. Humanism developed despite Christianity, not because of it. Christians and the catholic church fought humanism tooth and nail.
