Transcendence fills me with some kind of emotion that I don't think I'll ever feel again. Tunic is such a gem, and I'm upset at myself for not playing it sooner.
before i share my moment with this song here, i might spoil the game for someone if i tell it, so *spoiler warning.* The first time I got to the graveyard was after I managed to free the goddess. I wandered around for a while, thinking about what to do, when I remembered about the plate in the middle of the fast travel hub. When I faced her, the betrayal really caught me by surprise, and the fight ended right as it began. After I woke up, I walked around, lost once again, and found the pathway to the old graveyard. I took a good look around, albeit still a little shocked, and I climbed a tower with a telescope on it. Right as I looked through it, 1:05 began to play. And that was when I realized: I made a terrible mistake.
I don't know what it is about this sound track (or lifeformed music in general) but I find it so relaxing to listen to I come back when I just need to feel a few minutes of peace. ❤
Activating obelisks and adding extra layers to the music is fucking genius. 5/5* for this gem of a game to make compelling and challenging gameplay, fire ost, and a superb story!
Ok...I can't be the only one that thought this room was a musical puzzle when going behind the curtains and not noticing your character change colors right?
Whenever I listen to this, I feel like a medical student, and all the medical knowledge in human history is flowing through my mind, creating a beautiful harmony between the body and the soul (I have never studied medicine in my life).
