Cricket commentators who have never held a bat, movie reviewers who have never faced cameras.. and the haters who have never earned a penny . A country full of such heights is India.

JIGRA - My Top 10 Reasons I Didn’t Like It 1. Too Slow: The movie is slow, and the main story-that Alia will save her brother no matter what-is clear within the first 30 minutes. 2. No Emotional Connection: There’s no real emotional connection between the characters. The father’s death felt random, and we don’t know if she had a troubled childhood. 3. Weak Sibling Bond: The relationship between Alia and her brother isn’t well-developed. They just play basketball together. In comparison, Ranbir’s love for his sisters is much clearer in Animal. 4. Confusing Start: Alia works for the family as a maid, but it’s unclear why. The opening party scene makes no sense, and suddenly she’s flying in a private jet to another country. If the family doesn’t care about her, why does she get 2 crores and a private jet? 5. Weak Supporting Cast: The supporting cast, including the jailer and Manoj Bawa, was not impressive. Manoj’s character, who is supposed to be a retired gangster, felt more like a joke. A stronger actor like Vijay Raaz was needed. 6. Fictitious Country: The foreign country shown didn’t feel real. It’s confusing if they meant it to be Singapore, but there were random dragon pictures, and in the end, Malaysian police show up. That was annoying. 7. Poor Jail Scenes: The friendship between the inmates wasn’t well-developed. Suddenly, there’s a police officer in love with an inmate, was it required? 8. Unnecessary Remix: The remix of the famous Dev Anand/Zeenat song was added but it doesn’t enhance the experience. 9. Alia’s Performance: I find Alia’s performance average. With a weak screenplay, she couldn’t carry the movie on her own. 10. Unrealistic Climax: The climax felt unrealistic. Alia didn’t do any action scenes like Katrina or Deepika. She still seems too young for such roles.
@@WeirdGuy-q5y My dear friend, Thanks for your reply. I have seen a majority of Alia Bhatt's movies and I know she is a good actor. However, JIGRA is not her great performance and movie too. I didn't like it. If you liked it good am happy for you.
I watched the movie yesterday. Tbh muje badiya lagi. Poori movie mei engage ho jate hai. Movie dekhne issi batt pe jate hai na logg? And foreign countries mei itna khatarnak hota hai crime ke punishments.. she literally went through a lot to save his brother. Such a heart touching Movie with Amazing story, action and little comedy. Her acting ❤
Pataa nahi aapko kyon lag rahaa hai mass ko nahi samajh ayegi :)) Nothing complicated, infact screenplay was the weakest with journey leading to jailbreak was soooop convenient and ridiculous. Bass Alia, the power house of talent was the best ro watch. Sir with due respect aapka review, review kamm story lagtaa hai.
