Technique 1 (7 cycles ) 1)Inhale & Exhale deeply through your nose for 15secs. 2) Inhalefirst & exhale through nose 3)The moment you come to notice some vaccum in throat 4) stop it 5)now repeat 2nd cycle Technique 2: 1)Inhale through the nose 2)Exhale through mouth Do this two techniques early morning & before sleeping 💤 for atleast 1 week
