Hey there! Miniature painting enthusiast, we do our best to show you all the techniques we use to bring our models to life. We like making conversions, dioramas and trying new products. If you like to experiment with classic painting techniques and more experimental approaches, from layering, NMM, OSL to gilding miniatures with gold leaves, look no further this channel is for you.
Using AI technologies is now also on the menu. We commonly use several AI tools to help us edit our videos and even choose certain color schemes before painting our models. Welcome aboard and let's share this creative journey together.

Thanks so much for the kind words! I do plan to paint the whole army in this style, but it will definitely take some time. Luckily, I don’t have a deadline, so I can enjoy the process! It took me about 15 hours to paint this one.
Thank you so much for your kind words Phil! This was my first time mixing primary colors for an entire project, so I’m really glad you liked the result and found the breads appetizing. 🙂
Superbe !
Ça me fait vraiment plaisir d'entendre ça.
Thank you very much for the kind words; it’s much appreciated! I’m glad you enjoyed the content, and your support means a lot to me. I look forward to continuing to create more content! 🙂
Thanks for the kind words, I'm glad you like the result. Sunday's session will showcase the front part of the shields. As for the blue stuff used to hold the model on the support, it's called Blu Tack, it's the same stuff used to hold posters on the wall. I hope this will help.
Hey Mikael, Thanks so much for the kind words! I’m glad you enjoyed the video and the model. I’ve already started painting the front of the shields and I'm looking forward to sharing the result. I can't wait to work on the details, especially that awesome gargoyle. Thanks again for watching and for your support! Cheers!
I always love the way you show each color you use. Thank you. The close brush work makes it easy to understand the way you load the brush with your paint. The ferrules are always clean and the brush belly isn’t completely full of paint. I always learn!
Thank you so much for your kind words Joe! I’m really glad to hear that the color demonstrations and brush techniques are helpful to you. Your feedback means a lot and motivates me to keep sharing these tips. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel!
Thank you for your comment! The 'Green Stuff' I used is an epoxy putty made by Green Stuff World. You can find it easily online, and there's an option to translate their store into German at the top of their website. 🙂 As for the time it takes to prepare and paint a mini, it usually takes about 1 hour to assemble the model and prepare the base. It takes an additional 5 to 8 hours to paint it. However, this can vary depending on the level of detail and quality you want to achieve, so it could range from 1 to 10 hours per model. I hope this answer helps, thanks for asking.
Thanks so much for the kind words! I'm thrilled to hear that my video is a helpful backdrop for your writing. Wishing you lots of creativity and inspiration in your writing journey!
Merci beaucoup !
Yes, I remember that positioning the reins, especially the C22 part, was more difficult. The torso, comprising parts C18 and C19, needed to be fixed at the correct angle first. Otherwise, the C22 reins wouldn't fall into place. I had to adjust the torso slightly before the glue hardened too much to ensure everything fit perfectly. You can see this part of the assembly at minute 6:16. Thank you for sharing your experience; I hope this will help others succeed in their assembly while being wary of this more delicate part of the process.
Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it. The red colors of Hammerhal Aqsha really do complement the black and gold, and it helps draw the eye to important details. I appreciate your kind words Mikael! 🙂
Wow great job I am thinking about getting some freeguild cavaliers just to paint and maybe start a cities of Sigmar army but mainly because I like the freeguild cavaliers.
Thank you! 🙂 Freeguild Cavaliers are indeed fantastic models, perfect for both painting enjoyment and as part of a Cities of Sigmar army. They have a lot of character and detail. If you decide to pick them up, I'm sure you'll have a great time painting and perhaps expanding into a full army. Thanks for your comment, and enjoy your hobby journey!
@@Tabletop_Crusader Absolutely, it can be tough to keep up with the costs. One trick is to paint models gradually as you get them, which can help balance the expenses and enjoyment. 🙂
Yes! It's a nice trophy from this model, probably the skull of a Chaos Warhound or something similar. I'm glad you like it, I'm currently painting it. It will be featured in one of my upcoming videos.
Coucou , me revoilou ! 😇
Quick question, is there a reason for using a smaller brush for painting the walls? I understand for the trim and edging, but the smaller brush seems to make things much laborious. Didn't have one is a valid answer lol. Thanks!
You're absolutely right Brent, I didn't have the right brush for the job at that time. Using a larger flat brush for the main walls would have been more effective, while a smaller brush is typically better for trim and edging. I appreciate your feedback, thanks for asking!
Hey there! Thanks a lot for taking the time to leave your thoughts! I totally get that non-metallic gold and metal might not be everyone's vibe, and yeah, I can see how it might come off a bit cartoonish on my model. Your feedback means a lot, though. Really appreciate you checking out the video and sharing your thoughts!
@@metalchaosstudio Thanks for the kind words despite my nitpicking. Of course it's always easier to critique than to create and I for one can't even paint NMM, so there's that. But I'm absolutely blown away by the vibrancy of the colors and amazing textures and color nuances you achieved on this model. The cloak, leather, cloth and shield look absolutely out of this world!
@@cablesalad3168 I truly appreciate your thoughtful response. It's important to acknowledge that everyone has the right to express their opinions, even when it involves critique. Handling critique can be tough, but it's a necessary part of the creative process. Expressing opinions while remaining objective can as well be challenging, and it's our tolerance and respect for each other that help us navigate these moments. I'm glad to read you enjoyed the cloak and other parts of the model. The cloak is my favorite part of the model, achieving that smooth result through layers of paint took some time. 🙂 The final outcome was truly rewarding. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts and for acknowledging the effort behind the work. Keep those critiques coming, they only help us grow!
Its real nice buddy. I have never done NMM, but I find it mesmerizing to look at. Like someone painting a oilpainting.🙌 Also appreciate the lore. And the result is great. Keep it up🤗
Thanks a bunch! Really glad you enjoyed it. NMM can be a bit of a challenge, but it's so rewarding when it comes together. And I'm thrilled you liked the lore too! Will definitely keep at it. Thanks again for the kind words!
