Sister, first of all thankyou for your guidance. ❤❤❤ I don't have a teaching license to apply as full time English teacher at public schools. But I need a permanent job there. 1. What should I do, should i start with a cram school or I should apply as an assistant language teacher at TFETP (suggest me a way where I can remain for longer years and later should be promoted to a regular teacher) 2. Also tell me, can I make enough money to survive with my spouse? maybe I can teach guitar in my spare time. 3. And most importantly please clarify which one is easier to get selected into, TFETP(for assistant language teacher) or HESS(cram schools), I am from India. 4. Also at last, is teaching experience at the cram school helps get into public schools?

What if I am selected at both, what would you suggest I choose at the end? As assistant language teacher at a public school or a cram school teacher. Which one is more feasible considering work-life balance & decent money.? As I am planning to settle there for 4-5 years.
Lol in korea this one little girl called me pig (pig-uh) every day for an entire yr. I was maybe 140 lbs and im pretty tall so these kids are brutallllll😂
I miss Lilongue city , the way the people greetings,Blantayer city, Tsima food, my good familly freinds. I live in Europe, but ,always i told myself, Malawi is the country i want to live sometimes.You people please keep your country save.Because you are peacefull people.
You are speaking the truth. These are all excellent points. This sounds like how education is handled all over the world. It's good to enter the teaching field with this knowledge to avoid disappointments.
