I spoke with Obbe on Twitter (the lead programmer of SA) and my guess about how they work is correct. If a car spawns, it has a ~25% chance to have a passenger. If it wins that roll and gets a passenger, it has another ~25% chance to have a third passenger (if the car has enough seats). Then if it wins THAT roll it has yet again another ~25% chance to have a fourth passenger. (Actual % chance is probably wrong, but the method is correct)
I cannot tell if the game looks bad because it is poorly optimized, or because it only supports some mobile GPUs. Just from the graphics alone, any 8 core arm SOC made in the last 10-8 years should be run it if they programmed it right.

2 years ago preety much all of the gta ytbers said that de is bad and awful ( spoilers bcs it is) but now they all "magicaly" changed their opinions beacuse they got paid by netlix to say some nice things for this game and basically manipulating their own fanbase to buy this shitport which is basically the same broken version like pc one

If regular games are held together with duct tape and glue, I don't know how this abomination doesn't just fall apart. It's a miracle it works and that you can beat the game.
It's frustrating when there's a lot of improvements in gameplay and features on this remasters but they're all spread across like 6 different versions of the same game. I wish they'll just import everything that's "good" into a single proper remaster and deprecate all this weird console/mobile/streaming/console remasters that are just worse overall
It's not necessarily about speed runs - it just didn't make sense to teleport to the baseball court to play a cutscene and after that teleport the player back to wherever they were.
@@razvandavid1510 yes, absolutely, I never knew about this "problem" because I was always struggling to catch him before he gets to the baseball court. But still, if you end the mission anywhere else, then it doesn't make any sense. Probably Rockstar weren't expecting anyone to catch him so quickly lol
