Best star family and an amazing night sky in Bath I remembered thinking I wish my heart attack was that day. In the quest to die happy I'm glad the Carter's still are the family they are.
I, St. John the Baptist, am back, with a very important message : Jesus, while remaining in Heaven, has returned for us as foretold. The end has come according to the Book of Daniel. We have entered the "age to come" foretold by Jesus in the Harmonious Gospel of St. Mark, chapter 10, verse 30, on December 30, 2018 A.D., the Glorious Manifestation of Our King, Lord, and Savior. This comment provided on the 317th day of the 2nd year of the General Resurrection of the Dead. The specifics of the Book of Daniel include the foretelling of the exact days of Jesus' baptism, crucifixion, and return in glory. There is no more antichrist because the spirit of antichrist was destroyed by the breath of Jesus' mouth at the glory of His coming. Almost two years after Christ's return, many people are still talking about looking for an event which has already come. As God is the cause of all things, it can be seen that the Father in Heaven has literally blessed His Son with a Christmas present last year. the corona virus. If you believe in Jesus, the virus is harmless; if you don't believe in Jesus, you deserve it. It also might pose a question to some, what are we going to get for Christmas this year. (?) Remember, the Great Flood began with just one drop of rain. risen-from-the-dead.forumotion.com/ risen-from-the-dead.forumotion.com/t531-we-have-entered-the-age-to-come-foretold-by-jesus-in-mark-1030#780
That 'Storm' looks like a complicated ride... all the parts too it. The overall cost of it, makes you wonder how something like that can be financially viable!
@@carolineandphilmorgan.8182 No, I mean't the Danter's Air ride. There are at least four trucks carrying parts. Where they are setting it up doesn't look like there is enough room to swing, whilst obviously there is. I wonder how much weight is being lifted as the central pillar is being lifted into place. Then there are the 'two' cabins. I saw another video where we see the operator working the ride. His cabin/pay box was on the left side of the ride. The identical cabin on the other side was obviously not in use. In fact, I have seen a photo from the Hoppings where the right-side cabin/pay box wasn't even installed. Lets say it is £5.00 a ride. There are five 'arms' of chairs with a capacity for five people on each arm. (Lets, say, for argument sake, that they only get 3-2-3-2-3 people on each ride = 13 people x £5.00 = £65.00 per ride average. One ride lasts about 2.30 minutes. So, within the space of an hour we are looking at 24 rides 24 x £65.00 = £1,560.00 per hour. (even if there are delays and a fall off of customers at tea-time, we would still be in the region of £1,500.00. per hour) Say that the ride operates from 2pm until 10pm on the Saturday of the fair. 10 hours x £1,500,00 = £15,000.00 per day. Now do you get the picture? I once helped set up and take down a Waltzer (back in the 70s) and I have also worked 'gaming-stalls.' They certainly take the money. I can see why these type of rides are worth the investment. Are Danter's the premier fun-fair people in the UK? They always seem to have the newest gear... trucks etc... I have held a lifelong fascination with funfairs. My favourite ride still remains the 'old style' upright Paratrooper. (run by Cummings in the 60s/70s)
I love Carters fun fairs. Life would not be the same without the traditional local fair arriving. I appreciate the hard seasonal slog they do. Always welcome to my home town Coventry. Come on bring your Victory Dive Bomber back, much missed.
I assume the people of Hereford have never seen a video camera before? Sticking your middle finger up; how mightily impressive and I'd have happily grabbed the little freak on the bike and skinned him alive. Some people are never happy unless they are ruining somebody's enjoyment.
