RU-vid channel for the Massachusetts Nurses Association. The MNA, founded in 1903, is the largest union and professional association of registered nurses and health professionals in the state, and the third largest in the nation, representing more than 23,000 members working in 85 health care facilities, including 51 acute care hospitals.
My son was given a drug, an honorable Judge (Judges) in Springfield, #Massachusetts said they were *NOT* allowed to give my 31-year-young son. The DRUGS my son was given were for conditions my son did *NOT* have, and given to my son AGAINST his will. The combination of drugs they gave my son caused RESPIRATORY FAILURE, and they did NOT RESUSCITATE my young son...they let him DIE. *Bay State Medical Center* did NOT contact family (mother) my son died. BSMC did NOT do an autopsy to hide the fact what caused his death; including showing the hospital did not abide by the #Courts that DID not allow this hospital to give one of the drugs that killed him. This hospital also KNOWINGLY did a FRAUDULENT DEATH CERTIFICATE...to try to hide my son's death. The death certificate did NOT have my son's legal name on it...the name they billed MEDICAID for and got paid for...and may have continued to bill medicaid as they didn't say my son *RICARDO JOSE RIVERA* died. The former Mayor, Massachusetts Department of Health, and many other #CORRUPT politicians allowed all this...pure *EVIL* ... and without a death certificate in my son's legal name NO malpractice lawsuits...how convenient...not to mention a person used the FRAUDULENT DEATH CERTIFICATE for IDENTITY THEFT. They *ALL* face God almighty on JUDGMENT DAY for what they all did. That is not half of what was done to my son in Western #Massachusetts . *BEWARE OF THIS HOSPITAL AND LYING POLITICIANS* !!!
Some good people there but the psyche ward has men dressed up as women who sneak into your room at 3 in the morning for suicide checks. If you object to these Bates Motel like conditions you are targeted by certain doctors for involuntary confinement. I was sent there for making certain sarcastic remarks about blowing up my rodent and sodomite infested rooming house with a mini hydrogen bomb. I don't have a hydrogen bomb but certain people in subs and ships off the coast of Massachusetts do. Certain people that do not have men dressed up as women in their Navy. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-s93XchuFKu0.htmlsi=0hoOecvsyhTyDUcW
Hate to see that happen but Leominster hospital is going the same route Burbank hospital went do to false accusations and most of the staff even know there is some good staff not caring about patients
I exercise every day and some people had collapsed and died from heart related sports and physical activities especially lot of times of football players had suddenly collapsed and died of cardiac arrest especially among younger teenage athletes. It can happen of any sport caused to faint. Everybody had to test for heart screening saves lives.
I had been an RN for over 30 years. From Critical Care, Emergency Room, Cardiac Step-down, Med-Surgical , Occupational and Hospice. I learned so much from my patients in Hospice. Memories that will last me a lifetime and I miss all of them I cared for!
Blessed to have been and RN Psychiatric Nurse Care Coordinator for 10 years at Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System. Prior to this spent 20 years in the trenches at the bedside giving loving nursing care in Critical care/Definitive observation. Also spent time in well mother baby care/ home care and general med/surg. Only God has given me the grace to continue to care for others or even in times when I myself needed respite and fresh rejuvenation----all nurses do. Much love to all my nursing colleagues- you are truly angels.
I believe that we should get those LVN back for less pay and these overpaid nurses is what’s causing our overpriced healthcare insurance. More LVN and CNA then less RN is the answer for more affordable health insurance in America. Haters will speak up but I’m telling the truth.
I had a bad experience, I had a nurse who yelled at me and wanted to force me out of the bathroom because I took too long, due to lack of training on staff because the nurse did not knew I had OCD and autism spectrum disorders, as well as constipation and I was also placed in a two bedroom patient room and They did not knew that they needed to put me in a private room until I started showing signs of behavioral disorders due to my Autism, OCD, and bipolar disorders. One day I was I was going through behavioral challenges and the same nurses tried to intervene and instead triggered an outburst which the nurse to had to restrained me from self injuring my self and I tried to fight my way out from being restrained because I did not like being restrained due to my autism and sensory challenges, feeling like you can't breathe or compressed very tight to the point to where you feel like you are crawling inside a very narrow tunnel with no light or air to breathe.
Why are all the nurses and patients in this video WHITE??? There is absolutely NO diversity Are nurses in MA only white? Are they only serving white populations? "Flushed and pale skin"?... How about the skin of a patient of color? This is absolutely appalling, there are so many great BIPOC nurses and none of them, after watching the video, would feel like there are included and welcome by the MNA. I suggest you talk to your media producers and offer them diversity training, as well to the leadership of the association. That would be a good first step to making MNA more diverse and inclusive.
As a Healthcare Aide yes Nurses are amazing however working in Palliative care over 12 years the number of residents I've watched pass to the other side😪We've had volunteers sit with those who had no family. Before Covid, things we're easier in a way. Now it makes it more difficult. There are happy things in my job, heartbreaking moments, and I remember this one time I had this confused resident. The resident started singing "Jeremiah Was A Bullfrog" and I started singing along with them. The resident passed in the following week but I always remember that😄
Patient Safety, that is why our nurses have been on the picket lines. It’s about keeping us safe and if the company will not look out for our safety then the nurses will because that is what they do. This profitable company from Texas must come to their senses and return all nurses to their positions. Time to move on and thank God for these nurses that will always be hero’s.
Investigate how many nurses are on disabilty! This is outrageous!!!! More deaths always covered up! The state needs to step in. These patients are violent and the jails send them to have nurses take care of them! It is outrageous! There are not enough nurses on staff to take care of these patients. This needs to be investigated before more nurses are on disabilty. Worcester Police should have a presence to protect these employees! The staff they have security are not enough. Nobody wants to work there due to abuse and being disabled for life.
Thank You not only in America ...but around our entire World... for your compassion, your smiles and your knowledge* , for always putting your patient's needs..before your own. May ...Peace.. be with each of You*
