I can't get the new seal in lol how do you get it in there properly? When I put it on the filter and push it in it just slides down and doesn't go in the bore?
@ccarlley
@ccarlley 2 дня назад
Place the seal in the trans body bore and seat it in the bore using a 19mm socket until it feels "bottomed out". Lube the seal with ATF on your finger and then insert the filter neck.

Show you a movie I used to work at the jawline tour runs. We made snap-on and Williams New Burtons your spring supposed to be greased where you're into the wrench sits on the pivot reset part and make sure your your screw is greased when you assemble it and get yourself a good calibration kit to calibrate it at 10 years experience in that company we need Williams we made some good torque wrenches. Have a good day. God bless. Amen

Not sure. I doubt it. It's a 1/2" NPT pipe thread (tapered) which is .84" from the chart I see.

If you are having trouble hitting the pipe hard enough to pull out the seal, try setting something really heavy on one side of the "T". Then hit the other side with the hammer. Awesome trick, I really appreciate it.

I would think that a person would want to use something more linear like a dumbbell weight or something so to give it a slide hammer effect and preferably use a steel dumbbell weight as the plastic ones will just break apart but I’m sure anybody would know that

BATTERY SWELLING? I get the one charge light without it charging any more. I don't have the cig charger to see if it is the cord. BUT i do see small stress cracks in the underside of the Case and notice it will not sit on the 4 corner supports on the bottom, so it looks like the battery has swelled. I'm guessing its a bad battery. Any one else have a battery swelling issue? Going to email them to see if I can get any replacement.

Appreciate the time and effort you put into this video. It gave me some guidance on how to fix my telescope. I must disagree with you on the grease being the issue that caused the mounts to break. While it was most definitely a contributing factor, the root cause was poor engineering and design. I thank you again for all you did as it is helping me to repair mine.

Lol , love it i do the same thing easy as pie 👍. Once you change it once you really don't need to change it all the time as long as the filter is tight on the seal its good , once the filter during a service comes off relatively easy the seal needs to be replaced.
@adamxenon829
@adamxenon829 7 месяцев назад
The seal must be changed if you are putting on a new filter. Every time. With no exceptions. Or else the new filter will eventually dislodge and poor suction into the transmission which will cause many symptoms and premature failure
