If DCHA would take a hands on approach to helping residents setup a RentCafe accounts and how to use them, it would reduce the current problems with checks and money orders improperly made out. The problem with invoices not included in payment envelopes and a host of other rent payment problems. Residents need to understand that RentCafe can be more secure than mailing checks or money orders. Also the added value of having a receipt immediately sent to their email address. I understand that this will take some effort on Housing part, but I think the results would be worth it. Thank You.
You guys not doing your jobs. When ever i send email i never get answer probably employes sleeping.I think they choosing vendors by the race that's so sad and nobody not doing nothing about it.
Communication is the Key and All Life's Matter and So does the living Conditions and while the problem is politics policy and procedures and the long history of redevelopment and displacement and breaking up families. It never enough time for the long term problem and displacement with out all money to get people back and the fact that they say it begin due do to the living conditions that happens all by Design to continue this redevelopment nightmare and then to continue to add more emotional stressful and mental and physical hardship on those who are relocated /displace to worse conditions and safety issues which are Not address even with camera and residents complaint. Why don't they give a report of what's happening in all Public Housing development as well like they do excutive report and public we all need to know what we could be going for relocated this need to be done ASAP due to Public Safety *.I have ask before but like must time Nothing has been done the Police Chief is not apart until a resident is speaking during a Board meeting about the issue. And the fact that it takes 20 yrs to rebuild even if the Developer or DCHA is not taking to court why does it take this long when the rush to put us out and the claim they have the money and y'all continue to agree and allow it to happen everytime history shows that. What do U plan to do better for those You say U service and for our best interest and safety🤔

FYI the gas furnace flue vent does not appear to have a rising slope in the mid section. That should fail the inspection unless the video angle is deceiving. Cheers.
Plaza West allows stabbings to continue, and DCPD does nothing to allow violent people at Plaza West, because DCHA allows stabbings to continue at Plaza West and allows violent people to move to into Plaza West.
I hereby resolve that DCHA housing inspectors should notify the appropriate inspection departments, such as Geevarghese has a rat infestation building, and DCHA continues to pay Joseph Geevarghese for a rodent infestation building without hot water.
I hereby resolve that Joseph Geevarghese is not allowed to rent to DCHA / HALO participants , as Geevarghese has rodent infested buildings, and does not provide hot water, etc.
