4:00 I have to disagree with this point, I believe that gaming can have a significant value in general, however the impact it has for everyone is different. There are those who try really hard and can learn important skills that they can then apply to every other thing they do, they are able to make the most use of whatever tools they were given to work with. It wires the brain to be rational and make sense of the situation to min/max resources in the game. There are those who learn nothing because they are unable to understand how to progress faster with the tools that are available in the game. To these people, majority of the time they don't learn anything useful and that is when it can be a waste of time since they aren't learning anything new. A person who games might not be able to learn the same exact set of skill sets if they were to be doing something else because doing something else would mean they are thinking differently, and so their brains would be wired to think differently. Significant value in gaming is relative to an individual.
Something kinda crazy I’ve been wanting to try out (you might like it too), is biphasic sleep. Basically sleep very early, like 7pm. Wake up in the middle of the night (I’d probably work out, saving time later in the day), sleep again, then wake up when the sun rises or a bit after.
You’re very well spoken. Pretty concise and you get the point across. I had a question. Could you give me some guidance? I’ve been interested in a lot of hobbies: cars, coding, reverse engineering, marketing, etc. What would you suggest I do with my time? I’ve been feeling stuck, so many things to do, so many skills, but no obvious path to start a business or have a hobby that can grow into something big.
I appreciate the compliment. Based on my experience, I recommend starting by defining your core purpose-whether it's teaching, motivating, inspiring, helping, or serving others. Then, brainstorm ways to align your hobbies with a fulfilling venture or business endeavor. Persistence is key, so keep at it and I'd love to hear about your progress!
Dated a few of those girls. Dated a serious woman. 18 years married with kids with the serious woman. I don't really blame the girls. It's a special time to be 20s and hot. But still...this when you are prime and can fetch your best man. Life moves fast.
So actually, in the gym I'm always scared to put more weight on, because I don't want to fail. But when I'm on my way home I hate myself not doing more lol
@@BotanicCloud this is the year. I’d say I was in the same boat too couple years ago. Until I made the decision, enough lack of action and I went to a GP, researched a lot too about bulking+training+nutrition and more. At the end of the day, do you want to be regretting this? Is something I’d ask myself, but take the ‘leap’ and stick to it. I have faith in you.
