Having been out for 40 years I will reiterate that when you are born straight you never have to come out but at 79 I still must come out constantly as I meet new people all the timeBut to all the newbies out there, being gay for me and most of my friend circle it has been a truly wonderful life with all the same rough spots you can expect but I would never change to straight because it has been a great life. I also got very severe curve, first 45 degrees then 6 mths later went to 80 degrees. Was put on surgery list and for series of injections. Was prescribed penis stretcher and Pentoxifylline 300 mg x3 daily, after 1 year from onset, 3 mths later curve went down to about 15-20 degrees, cancelled injections and surgery, all good 8 years later.

Hai doctor, I am suffering with continuous testacle pain from 3 months now, and tested everything got negative and no infection, had antibiotics and first they were very much effective and those prescription is only for 10 days, after the doc told me antibiotics don't workout, and gave me antiinflammatory which didn't work. Gone through different antibiotics. I am on my 26 age and on too much stress and anxiety. Experiencing erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. I am too much worried and already changed diet, added more fruits and pumpkin seeds to diet. Stretching now. As an analogy, if a man is 9 or 10 feet tall, are you going to ban him from playing basketball just because he is 2 or 3 feet taller than others? Of course not. He is just using his height to his advantage. So, by the same token, Imane can box other women and use her advantage.
No because 1. Sports aren't separated by category of height - but they are by sex/gender. (for obvious reasons) 2. There are no 9 or 10 feet tall people, there are people who have genetic issues that cause them to be really tall but almost all of them are registered disable and have severe physical problems due to their height issues. 3. Not all basketball positions require height. No NBA team plays 5 Centres who are all 7 foot tall because they would get beaten by quicker and more agile players. Also it's been proven it's harder for taller players to shoot due to size and angles. Now if i take 3 boxers who are a similar height and weight A. Is a typical male XY. B. Is a typical female XX. C. Is a male XY DSD. Now we can conclude without even getting into depth that it would be outright wrong for A and B to compete against each other right? That's how it is now in almost every sport or athletics. Now C. If C is a male DSD with XY chromosomes and went through male puberty, has high testosterone, high bone density, low body fat, male bone structure, male strength... a combination of a few of those things then they're in the category of Person A not B, clearly. And putting them in the category of B would be unfair and unsafe, clearly.
@@Writeous0ne of course there are no 9 or 10 feet tall people and this was just a hypothetical extreme. The point I am trying to make is that it is possible for a person to be born in one gender but they develop differently to the norm and as a result, they can have certain advantages. Sometimes there is no such thing as a level playing field. By the way, you can’t have a competition restricted just to the C example you gave as than you will just have one or two competitors!
@@dollishillwork the hypothetical you used isn't useful though - which is why i could counter it very easily. The one i used is, the reason it is useful is because that's what is used today in most sports governing bodies - in a case like Semenya who refused to reduce their testosterone to a normal female level, the reason why is obviously because they know their performance will reduce massively. So for example the 2016 Olympics when 3 46 XY Karyotype DSD won the top 3 medals in the 800m, this was an actual example where my hypothetical happened. It was obviously an injustice and unfairness to all of the women in that event. Also i wasn't saying the C would be in their own category just pointing out that it would be no dffierent to allowing the A XY males to compete against XX women given they share more biological similarities than the XX women.

Suggesting that because athletes have genetic advantages over their opponents so it's fine for a XY DSD to have advantages over XX female is is a straw man. Sports are already separated into male and female categories because it's a scientific fact that male have many physical advantages over females. Any XY DSD who have the same physical attributes as a XY male should not be competing against XX women. Example one Person A has XY male chromosomes, male bone density, male body fat, male muscle mass, male skeleton and male levels of testosterone. Person B has XX female chromosomes, female bone density, female body fat, female muscle mass, female skeleton and female levels of testosterone. In that example Person A would not be allowed to compete against person B under the guidelines of basically every sports governing body on Earth. Now Person A could be an XY male. Person A could also be a XY DSD male who was gendered female at birth. This example is a great way to prove how it would be contradictory to say on one hand Males can't compete against Females but on the other hand a DSD who has the same OR some of the same attributes as a Male can compete against females.

If she was a trasngender (which she's not), wouldn't she actually be getting rid of that testosterone ? And in that case, she should be allowed to go against other women, right ? What an amazing Video! 🙏 I’m 44 and recovering from Hodgkins Lymphoma for the 2nd time. Did Chemo 3 times (regimens) + BMT. Just got approved, was at 274-300 T levels. For 4 years and getting worse. It was the hardest upsell on my behalf to tell my endocrinologist why I need TRT. He said avg men are actually 300+ nationwide for age 40’s and up, so he said you are technically not low. I was like why do I have 6-10 different daily symtoms!? He kept. Quiet and replied on saying your actually normal “compared to” I had to fight and tell him “Im” on the down turn of that 300, loosing hair, No arm pit hair, barley chest hair, loosing muscle mass, low energy, almost 0 libido, brain fog, always tired. Not happy most days, my list goes on. he only approved me because he said my FSH was 33 range, and my HCG was not good. He admitted that my testicles were affected from chemo and aren’t working correctly and don’t work well for a “reason” vs a number value. Also they were not firm and my left testie was 12 and my right was 8. These were sized using a wooden beed scale he had. Essential I would have got denied medically for TRT if my testies were functioning decent level but still have a testosterone level of 274 with all my Symtoms of low T. I’m now waiting for a prostrate test, liver and lipid. If ok, I should be getting info on injection regimen. I hope this helps someone out there. You have to tell them all your issues slowly, don’t ramble. Write it down. You are the advocate. My number 1 advice is don’t go the Endo With questions about your symptoms, go there with an agenda of saying and showing what your daily life is like and ask for help. Don’t play dumb or clueless. They deny 90% of people who are at 250 or more even with 3-5 different symptoms.

Yes this is on point a lot of people eat emotionally and do need help with their mental health. A Therapist or Coach even both if the person can afford it will help them with their mental health. I have thyroid, I understand completely What he is saying because my weight fluctuates at a regular basis.
I don't have flue like symptoms but I experience memory difficulties, depression, behavioral changes, unable to Concentrate,headache and the brain fog worsens after eating plant foods rich in amines(puterscine)like carrots, banana, green collards, orange , green pepper ,cabbage,water melon ,wheat,sugar cane,corn, Coca cola,beer, and even listening music worsens my memory difficulties,and I loosed 10 kg of weight which can't be improved with overeating.for me drinking plenty of water works to eliminate the symptoms but after two weeks of drinking 3 litters per day for 2weaks i began to have gut problems low stomach acid and sibo.
