Having a pressed up roller gives a bad finish on a wall...my dad would always get mad when i painted on a dry roller like this because it leaves streaks! Your suppose to paint a pieze and wet the roll inorder to maintain the fibers nice and fluffy and gives a better more stetic paint finish and cover! My dad was a pro painter for 25 years!
If i was pressed name a style I'd say it's the very thin coat applied with an 18" roller technique. Someone should tell him its not a race,....unless it is, in which case he definitely won.
