Stone archway in leading to the kitchen and family room was gorgeous.. Exterior elevation was gorgeous... Felt that all the kitchen cabinets are too dark.. felt all the bedrooms including the master suites were too small.. cabinets in master bathroom and light fixtures in bathroom were outdated for this modern home.
Modern homes usually lack personality yet the features in the ceilings and patterns break it up well. The almost all white bathroom feels so bright, however you could easily decorate with something darker/cooler toned to offset that! Looks beautiful!

A new opportunity for you to show all the people here buying these ugly cookie cutter houses they’re doing it wrong. Why do boring when you can do custom design? Why do the same as everyone else when you can make it your own? Your architectural team could go wild! Imagine them building something they’ve always wanted to. Like an artist doodling except designing a house! Amazing! Like a permanent advertisement when people drive by, they think “wow, what an amazing piece of art! And they live in that! I want one!” Your interior design team could just have a hay day! It’s a win win win. An entire new states worth of potential buyers and dreamers just waiting to see what you can do. Plus I don’t need a huge mansion either. Something for a new family. Now you’re potentially a family company. See? The possibilities are endless. The people here in ok need some inspiration when it comes to homes. And I think you’re the right people to show them. That’s it off the cuff. How’d I do? You really want luxury and custom then get a Bally walk-in fridge and freezer. They can make them if you call. Then you have massive fridge and freezer space!
