Thank you for leaving a comment. To answer your question the file would be copied to Amazon S3 bucket. In order to delete the file from the local source system, we will need to add a tFileList & tFileDelete component into a Subjob and configure them accordingly to run after the onSubjobOK trigger from the tS3Put component.
