Hey Scott, my wife and I saw you with your " 80's enough" group at Flowery Branch and fell in love. I spoke with you personally and you stated that you could sing like B--- D--- all night long. I believe that, even now. I also spoke with your drummer at the time who had created a "drum machine". Since I have been a rock drummer for 59 years he asked me if it sounded authentic. He let me try it out and it was spot on perfect.............but I have to have sticks in my hands to play. You are friends with my wife Diane Signor on face book and she keeps me informed about you. Keep rocki'n my man. I never got my break.
I just discovered this band, one of their records is on RU-vid. If these guys would've got out of Chicago and headed straight to Hollywood I think they would've went somewhere. It's a shame because they were very talented.

Creatures Fest showed us essentially Vinnie can't do much more that pick or strum a few chords. His lead playing was painful. In spite of this there are still people claiming Creatures Fest showed us he can shred. I don't know what these people think they're hearing, but it's delusional. He simply cannot play. He's simply larping as 80s Vinnie.
Wings of Steel are a fantastic metal band. They are also very kind and down to earth. Leo, the singer has a fantastic voice with insane high notes. Parker is a great guitarist, and they are great songwriters. Their album is fantastic!! Fan for life!!!
Up until a couple of months ago the name Remedy meant nothing to me and I only checked out their music because (a) they were appearing at Tower of Fire which I was going to just to see Nitrate and (b) because the other members on the Melodic Rock Facebook group I belong to were raving about the new album. A few listens on Spotify and I knew that I had to find and buy both albums. Hearing the background to how the songs and the band evolved has been really interesting and being able to see the band playing live so soon after discovering their music was fantastic. I like loads of bands and go to numerous gigs each year but Remedy really are something very special.
The interviewer looks starstruck and hanging on every word poor George says. I say poor george because other than the extremely young look and great keeping of his hair for years, he always had a screw loose. That is why he talks the way he does at times and why he ruined dokken and caused them to break up. He has bullied and harrassed plenty of other guys besides don dokken over the years. Yet people tend to give him a pass because he was sooo good at guitar....>

He is such an amazing percussionist. How did ever get a hold of him. He is such a nice fellow, would love to meet him some day. Actually I want reach out to him and talk about a custom built drum kit from him plus the cymbals. Anyway a future life thing to do LoL. Thanks again, I will be sharing the channel when ever I can. I would like to have heard how Scott was notified he wasn't going to be part of Invasion any longer. I feel so bad Scott got caught up in the Vinnie whirlpool flushing itself down the toilet. He's a fantastic singer and seems to be a straight up guy. How can you not be ready to play Lick it Up? 🤣🤣🤣
I think its hit and miss for Vinnie at this point due to his mental health. I know people that have been to the parties that have heard him play, that say he can absolutely still play. But I think his mental health gets the better of him. Its very sad.
Yeah.....hes cooking up another box set fiasco. I cant imagine how much Vinnie yelled at his people about that post. I remember TJ of Monster Guitars said that during NAM he flipped the ef out and was yelling at him about what some smart ass kids said about his guitar's design over the phone. This was on the second VV fan board after VV locked everyone out of doublev
Scott Board, you're the best guy he could ever find. You got very strong vocals and can sound like Fleischman when you want to. It'd be really cool if you could leak your demos one way or another.
I find this all a little confusing. Vinnie's Creatures Fest performance in 2022 may not have been as tight and clean as his 80s playing, but it was more than competent enough to play Back on the Streets and Lick It Up.

Not one person on earth wants to hear a re-recording of All Systems Go except Vinnie, and it’s just for personal reasons because he hates Mark Slaughter. The last time VV released an album, Ronald Reagan was still President. The Fonz challenge to Vinnie is still there - put a new song up on RU-vid. One single song. Just a demo. You playing guitar and someone singing, a new original song. You can’t do it.
