These cars will not go up in the value because demand is low on poorly engineered motors. Gen 2 is also failing. Having to get a car to 180 degrees to drive and then needing to cool it down is stupid.
I had it installed in my 2016 GT. At first it was very stiff, and hard to get into reverse. It loosened up. But you have to shift more deliberately, because it does take more effort.
I would buy back the core, block and heads. You can either store it as is or rebuild it to 2019 engine specs. Keep it on an engine stand as a talking piece. Voodoo and coyote engines make wonderful art work until you sell or reinstall it.

I have been having problems with the shifter , 3rd and 5th crank if I go fast with the gears I have to wait like a second after I push the clutch. It’s a new clutch from ford 😅
I have had my 17 for about a year I don't have the premium package. Would rather have climate control but it doesn't oh well. My complaints about the car are the small rear view mirrors, lack of a backseat, and to get anything in the backseat the seat does not slide forward as well as tilt like my 06 used to. I will never figure out why Ford didn't do that. Other than that 435 horsepower is plenty and the car handles like a dream and I'm very satisfied with this car
I can top that re: police behind you. I had a big accident in my work truck on the PA turnpike, totaled, I was pretty bloody but there was an ambulance behind me when it happened.

Enjoyed your track video with your M2comp. If you get more experience you will learn that the m2, properly driven, will thrash the Mustang. I’ve had both, and the Mustang is for burnouts at car shows, the m2 is for racing.
