Another great AU series Sansui, I have an AU-DII and its all I'll ever need, as well mine has not been up-graded yet, but sounds and performs quite well as is.
It's normal. The LED lights up until the capacitor in the power supply is discharged. When you reconnect the power, the device turns on. So there is no any standby problem.
Well, for me it is not normal, that if the unit is in standby mode and the power is disconnected and reconnected, upon reconnecting the device is no longer in standby, but is switched on and the LED light is not red, but green. I own now another media device - Zidoo Neo Alpha and it does not have such a problem.
@@Ivodam OK, if that's a problem for you, I respect that. I never disconnect the devices from the socket, and if I have to do it, I press the standby button on the remote and that's it. It is in standby mode again. I have a Zidoo X10 and a GigaBlue UHD Quad 4K and both devices turn on after reconnection even though they were in standby mode before that.
А, благодаря, не е идеално кацането, ама общо взето стана като хората. :) Тая писта, освен, че е с такъв заход, е и доста късичка, трябва да се внимава да не отидеш у тревата. Тези екрани обикновено ги изкарвам на отделен монитор, но когато има включен втори и трети монитор нещо се прецаква записът от екрана, затова ги изключвам и ги пратих тези по ъглите, щото ми трябват, без тях не мога да се оправя. :)
There is the same situation in my device, but I don’t think it really consumes electricity, I think there is static electricity accumulated in the device.
The problem is that if the unit is in standby mode and there is a power outage, when the electricity comes back, the unit is switched on. And if you are not at home, it can remain on for several hours.
