As previously mentioned, ARV's only respond like this when its a high risk or a terrorist situation, meaning that the suspect has guns, explosives, or a large quantity of deathly drugs.. SCO19 and the AFO only respond holding the suspect at gunpoint while on the motorway if its an immediate threat and a panic button has been press or if it is a terrorism alert. Recently a new system has been made so whenever a natural disaster has occurred, or whenever a high risk incident or a terrorist incident has occurred, the they can send a message to the whole country. Sadly, 3 years ago this wasn't there to warn anybody about the threat. Point is, if you follow the youtuber held at gunpoint, unfollow him. He may be dangerous and who knows what he can do if this is how police treat him.. stay safe boys
